L’Hotel Vienna non è solo un albergo: per noi è stato una seconda casa. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornarvi per diversi anni prima di trasferirci in casa, ma l’affetto e la generosità di Gianni e Antonella non si sono mai fermati. Anche dopo, sempre con il sorriso e una gentilezza rara da trovare altrove. Le camere sono accoglienti e curate, la cucina è casalinga, genuina e abbondante: ogni pasto è preparato con amore e attenzione. Ma ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto sono le persone. Gianni e Antonella ti fanno sentire parte della famiglia, con una disponibilità e un calore che ti restano nel cuore. Consigliamo l’Hotel Vienna a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno autentico, rilassante e ricco di umanità. Grazie di tutto, sempre.❤️

Camera non idonea a quanto prenotato. Pulita ma bagno e camera molto datata con bidet nella doccia ( non mi era mai successo prima). Colazione nella norma ma rivedibile. Qualità prezzo non idoneo. Fortunatamente era solo una notte. Ah....le stanze non hanno insonorizzazione quindi se uno deve riposare non è facile.....

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato all' hotel Vienna per una settimana,ci siamo trovati molto bene. Hotel molto accogliente, personale molto gentile e cordiale. Che dire, troppo carini. Classica struttura della Riviera Romagnola. Camere pulite con aria condizionata. Ottima colazione e spazi comuni per fare due chiacchiere con gli amici. La vera differenza è l'ospitalità che offrono i titolari dell'hotel, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili a trovare una soluzione. Grazieeee per questo fantastico weekend.

Lo staff è molto disponibile ed accogliente, facendovi sentire a vostro agio fin dal primo momento, la loro professionalità e gentilezza sono notevoli. L'hotel è dotato di ascensore, la nostra camera doppia è spaziosa, con un bel terrazzino e un grande bagno moderno. Ottima pulizia. La colazione è buffet è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel, con ampia scelta di dolce e salato e prodotti freschi e golosi.

Siamo stati 15 gg dal 25.8.24 all’8.9.24, all’hotel Vienna di Bellaria, e oltre a trovarci molto bene abbiamo conosciuto gente simpatica e sempre disponibile, sto parlando dei titolari Antonella e Gianni. Il nonno Giancarlo poi, il romagnolo classico, sempre pronto alla battuta e molto spiritoso. Anche il personale sia di cucina che delle camere ( sempre pulite e in ordine), disponibili e attenti ai bisogni. Colazione, pranzo e cena sempre vari, ottimi e abbondanti. La colazione poi con scelte di salato e dolce con torte casalinghe buonissime. Una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante. Ci torneremo senz’altro. Daniela e Ambrogio ( quasi coetaneo del nonno Giancarlo!)
