All in all it's just like they mention it on there site. A secure parking space, 24/24 h desk service , nice rooms, great breakfast if you want until 11;00h, very friendly owners and staff and 150 meters from a beautiful beach with several facilities , and above all very quiet all day and night. Just like we want it . You feel at home from the first moment of arrival . A hotel to return to .

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel fortunatamente per pochi giorni ed è stata un'esperienza terribile. Prezzi elevati ma camera sporca maleodorante di muffa, macchie d'unto sull'armadio, asciugamani macchiati e con capelli di altre persone. Ma il pezzo forte è stato il bagno: il soffione della doccia era sul bidet, lavandino e wc e quando dovevi lavarti allagavi tutto l'intero bagno, lasciando impronte d'acqua anche nella stanza da letto. Abbiamo dovuto coprire il wc con della plastica al fine di limitare i danni ed evitare di dover asciugare, oltre i pavimenti, anche i servizi. Sconsigliatissimo.

Partiamo dalle cose positive: - accoglienza gentile - parcheggio gratuito - colazione nella media - pulizia degli spazi comuni e dell'esterno buona - aria condizionata Ma: - camere e arredi datate - la doccia al centro di un bagno angusto che bagna water lavandino e ogni oggetto presente compresa la porta che poi sgocciola in camera - manutenzione nelle stesse inesistente - pulizia camere assolutamente inadeguata sia per le pulizie straordinarie (ad esempio la ventola sul soffitto) sia per le ordinarie (armadi, comodini, specchi e vetri indecenti, ditate e altre macchie organiche indecifrate) Conclusione: al risveglio non vedevo l'ora di fare il check out e andarmene Questo almeno nella 316

Pessima esperienza. Al di là dell'essere rimasto rinchiuso in ascensore, che i malfunzionamenti possono accadere, ma l'attenzione al cliente dopo un evento del genere è stata carente. La camera superior ha il water sotto la doccia come da foto.

Ci siamo fermati dopo il matrimonio di mio figlio. Tanta cordialità, prezzo ottimo, colazione squisita. Camera pulita, bagno piccolino un pochino scomodo ma pulito. Unica pecca il letto, materasso troppo duro. Per il resto da consigliare

Il bagno era piccolo e senza una finestra, la doccia era senza box, aperta, si allagava il pavimento e bagnavi i servizi come wc e bidet ogni volta che dovevi lavarti. Abbiamo dovuto comprare dei sacchi di plastica al supermercato per coprire il wc ogni volta che ci lavavamo. Puzza di muffa in tutta la stanza. Pulizia che lasciava desiderare. Unica cosa positiva l'ubicazione.

Che dire, contro tutte le recensioni pessime è stato l'unico hotel ad accogliermi per una notte nel weekend notte rosa. check in h24 comodissimo per chi viaggia per lavoro ed è in balia del traffico, colazione ottima. Letto comoda, classico bagno alla romagnola senza box doccia, clima e ventilatore; forse come già detto da altri un po' datato negli arredi ma nulla di macabro come citato, anzi! Grazie della cortesia e diaponibilità. Se sarò in zona tornerò da voi!

Tre giorni assolutamente piacevoli all’hotel Raffaello, staf disponibile, colazione fantastica. Hotel vicino alla spiaggia e al centro di Igea Marina…tornerò sicuramente.
