We are a couple with a 10 month old baby and we stayed at this property for 5 nights at the end of July 2022, attracted by the photos and the affordable price. THE STRUCTURE The structure has been recently renovated, both in the common areas and in the rooms. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which tends to be a larger room than a normal one with a bigger TV. Our room was modern and spacious, with a double bed (which were actually two single beds pushed together), a sofa bed, a desk with chair and a mini fridge. After our request, we were also provided with a camping cot for the baby. The treatment chosen by us was the All Inclusive formula, which compared to full board gave the possibility to have drinks during meals (wine, Pepsi). Breakfast and meals are served in a common dining room on the first floor, where there is also a play area for children. The affiliated bathroom is a 3-minute walk from the hotel, they provided us with 2 beach towels, 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for the duration of the stay. OUR EXPERIENCE After having given a general description of the structure, I would now like to focus on our experience. Let's start with the structure: the hotel has been recently renovated, but it is clear that there is still work to be done. As you walk around the floors you will notice things like unbuilt cable ducts, flying sockets, disassembled fire buttons. The panoramic terrace is an open-air construction site, including disassembled sunbeds, sofas without cushions and positions without sun cover. The heated pool is heated by the sun's rays I guess, because in 5 days I don't think I've ever found the water above 20-25 °. As for our room, the morning after our arrival I reported that the bidet was completely unglued from the bathroom floor and wall, making it unusable, and that the entrance door to the room was having a hard time opening. We are told after a day that the bidet had been fixed, so on the morning of the fourth day my partner decides to use it (we always used the shower in the previous days, inevitably). The result was that the bidet overturned, cracking on the floor on impact and causing my partner to fall badly. After reporting the matter, the bidet is replaced after 1 day, it is left completely dirty, and moreover they forget to reopen the water in the room, with consequent waiting for another 2 hours with a child to change and wash. In total over 5 nights I'm bidet we have never been able to use it practically. There are also the structures for the soap holders, but not the saucers, or rather, on two structures there was only one saucer, so you practically had to rotate depending on which sanitary you should have used. The cleaning of the room is brief, the vacuum cleaner is never passed but only one
