Food is good I will definitely recommend to all the Jain and Gujarati The staff is very curious and very polite epically at the reception I forgot the name other wise I would mentioned. The best part of this resort is this is pure veg resort and there are many Room option Food is best if you will booked Ap plan then you will get Unlimited buffet dinning which is very tasty and delicious The other best part is this property is now managing by Manas so we got the good service . Many rooms opting for family u must booked villa and cottage . Best resort in Igatpuri.

It was a family get together at this resort so we get a opportunity to booked this resort via MMT the resort is very unique for his location because it is surrounded with good nature The food quality is very good and pure veg resort as we all love the food because of the Unlimited buffet dinner For kids there are many options game adventure game zone etc Best for entertainment zone

One of the worst experiences ever. The front desk can't manage anything. Call them multiple times and even the 5th time they will still ask what you want and in which room. When you complaint about the service, all you get is defensive arguments. While the RDM accepted that such issues should not happen, no solution was given. Calling HO booking helped nothing as well. Everything apart from the restaurant was filled with useless and incompetent people. There is a kirana store within the resort premises which charges double the mrp. Is it even legal? Special mention to Rajkumar in the restaurant - the only polite and competent person in the resort.

It's been a horrible experience..the room service is pathetic..they don't even provide basic things like tea bags in the room...the food is ordinary..the lift is not working..I wouldn't advise anyone to stay here

Great ambience to explore here in this mansoon season at this nature friendly resort The staff at the time of check in time were very cordial and very humble ,they treat us a s a family member Food quality was very good ,the food at all the buffet very mouthwatering especially Masala dosa pava bhaji and Malpoha jalebi at Dinner which was unlimited The adventures was good ,huge swimming pool to explore here we really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely recommend to all to visit in mansoon and Winter time , Note: The resort is well known for destination weddings The resort is pure veg resort Book adventure in advance

The stay at Rainforest Resort was memorable and peaceful with the family The beauty of this resort is unmatched The best part which attract is the the staff Behaviour towards the guest which is like a family friendly The food was good For kids many options to explore, swimming pool was huge and covered with the nature For family staycation this is best resort to explore.
