Very very bad experience. We booked by phone the day before. No particular details were given to us about the room (275€). We were asked to pay upon arrival (as if by chance). Arrival in the room, surprise… no window, or rather 2 tiny ones of around 30x30. (claustrophobic refrain). We immediately asked to change…..not possible…..so we asked for a refund…. “Impossible, there is no one from management.” ….at our insistence and after 30 minutes of waiting…. It became possible but for only an 80% refund (supposedly for cleaning costs, we stayed in the room for about 40 seconds....). In short, we lost an afternoon, and around €60. So be wary because obviously there are a lot of rooms like these in this hotel (the whole top floor it seems) and of course, we don't warn you, but we ask for payment upon arrival...
