Do not stay here!!!!! Arrived and the two 'ladies' on reception didn't seem interested in us trying to check in. They had their personal effects on the reception desk of cigarettes and juice. Not a great impression and then it gets worse. The only other guests we could see were single young men. They were smoking and drinking out of their windows. There is no lift so had to climb up 4 flights of stairs. When we got to our room we had to put in a code onto the door. Into the room was unclean, crambed and full of flies. We didn't stay. I could not stay in such an unsafe hotel. We told the receptionist she didn't seem bothered. It was like a motel in America. It felt like anyone could get into your room. Room very small not like the photos. Don't stay here!!!

Unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. During our stay, the weather was extremely hot, and the hotel rooms did not have air conditioning. Although a fan was provided in our room, it was broken, making the situation unbearable. When I informed the only staff member on duty, she mentioned that she couldn't replace or fix the fan until the next day. However, we were scheduled to check out the following morning, so this did nothing to alleviate the discomfort we faced. The heat in the room was so intense that we couldn’t sleep at all. Other guests around us were also struggling, with many leaving their doors open to try and get some airflow into their rooms. It was clear that many were unhappy with the situation, and some even mentioned that they would also be filing complaints. Our night was so uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the ferry during our travels the next day because we were completely exhausted. This made our overall experience very inconvenient and frustrating. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as the lack of comfort and service significantly impacted our stay. Great over night stop going to LeMans24, cheap, cheerful and clean, we heard no noise from either road or other guests. Shampoo / Shower Gel etc provided. comfy bed, usb charging points too Very Good, Highly Recommend for an overnight stop.

Dirty, urine smelling bathroom and room; insects in the bathroom. Garbage from previous visitor stuck along the water pipe under the sink. The remote was not cleaned, probably ever; we had to clean it to attempt to touch it. Have pics for all, but won't bother uploading.
