If you do your homework you will get what you expect. For RCI, points are a good indicator of what to expect. We traveled in the off season. A car is really really recommended. The place was lovely, quiet (part of Crete), remote, and scenic. It is a bit old, but well maintained. Staff is great. Definitely a place for quiet Grecian holiday with great local beaches and food. The views and warm winds were lovely. Wifi was a bit patchy. Not a place for the party, night life, or kids really. Pool was fine.

the report is nicely laid out, not just a box of apartments. It is hilly, so you need to be either fit or have a car. Staff are very friendly and helpful. the only area for improvement was the poor wifi.

Not a good location very far from the airport/ferry with nothing to do near the resort. I left after one night. You need a car to get to the resort.

CRETA suites, although more remote was the perfect accommodation. There was sufficient store, restraints and swimming spots around. The pool was amazing and we basically had it to ourselves. The staff were kind and helpful! 10/10 recommend.

I’m trying to give dictation Georgia from Creta suits is extremely professional and even very homely. I feel it is an ideal combination for any tourist to make his memorable. I am really very grateful to Georgia great suites Do it the spinalonga trip!!!

The accommodation was in a nice and quiet location, the pool was great but not very clean. Unfortunately the owner was a bit rude to us. Otherwise, all the staff were very polite and friendly.

I am probably being picky - overal the accomodation was good, clean, well maintained with helpful staff. The view from our balcony excelent. The small negatives whilst lots of hanging space no drawers for underware or socks, very minimalist kitchen with no oven cloth or gloves, no washing up utencils. We were there in May and it was very quiet. Needed to drive 20 minutes to Ierapetra to find a resturant open. A car is a must and make sure it has a engine big enough to get you up the mountain roads !

Simply put, stay away. The beds were hard as a rock. The furniture looks and feels cheaply made. The appliances that were supplied were old and tired. It was not a fully equipped unit. Everything was extra. Five euros for kitchen cleaning supplies. Ten euros for a toaster and coffee maker. Even a stopper for the sink was an extra cost. The clincher was the Male (Manager?) at the desk. He was arrogant and dismissive. It's tired and definitely not the four-star resort they say it is. The only thing that was pleasant was the area. You do need a car but Crete is a wonderful island with no end of places to explore.

We booked Creta suites through RCI as an exchange holiday. The surcharge was higher that usual and then was increased e.g. we paid 80euro/week in Madeira in April 23 , Creta suites is 157.50/week The resort is in a quiet are of the island in the SE which was as expected. The resort is tired and needs updating. There is a small pool which is unheated which we didnt use. Our apartment was for upto 4 people there was a King room and then two single beds where usually you would find indoor seating and a sofa bed. Outside there was narrow veranda with a table for 2 with two exrat chairs stuck in a corner The kitchen was tired poorly equipped e.g. not enough glasses for 4 people. if you wanted a coffee machine or a toaster you had to pay extra 15 € per week surcharge. There was a tiny safe which you had to pay a 14€ per week surcharge for the key. The bathroom was old , the tiles in the shower had been overpainted in the past an this was now flaking off. The bedroom furniture was in good condition , but the mattress was extremely hard and very thin. (Think Prison mattress ) And after too many sleepless nights we left halfway through our 14 day stay
