One of the best all-inclusive hotels we've stayed at. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and good AC, best imaginable location by the sea, nice pools, good food and good service. We traveled with three children and are very satisfied with the holiday.

We stayed here with our baby and felt really welcome. The staff is quick to accommodate if you need anything and even made the baby bed every day. The buffet has a high quality and good variation of food. The beach and beach bar is only a few steps down from the hotel which also is very nice.

After returning from a week-long vacation, I can say that my stay at this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations – this place is wonderful. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which is a big advantage, allowing for relaxation, and you can explore the surroundings by renting a car. The room was nice, cleaned daily, and the sea view was amazing. The positives are endless – delicious and varied food (everyone will find something they like), direct access to the beach with sun loungers, a great pool (beautifully lightning at night), free tennis court, a rich animation program, and tasty drinks. However, the biggest advantage of the hotel is the staff – the friendly ladies at the reception, the housekeeping staff, the bellboys, and the bartenders. But special thanks go to Nikos – he is very professional and everything in the restaurant was perfect, his warmth made spending time there an absolute pleasure. Thanks also go to the wonderful waiters – for every smile, kind word, and help in every situation. The only thing that could be improved is the number of sun loungers by the pool, as they are often all reserved after breakfast. I consider my vacation at this hotel to be one of the best in my life, and I will definitely return – see you maybe even next year!

🏨Hotel It is a very nice facility with great food and direct access to the pebble beach. I rate the hotel as elegant there is a relaxed and informal atmosphere without unnecessary excess, and at the appropriate high level of culture, this place is visited mainly by guests from Poland, the Czech Republic, France, and Sweden. The hotel's staff tries hard and is very helpful. It is easy to communicate in English. Check-in begins at 3 p.m. and ends at 11 a.m. There is no special luggage room. Luggage can be left in a separate part of the lobby where someone from the hotel's front desk looks on (it's a bit disconcerting, but everything was OK). The property is friendly to families with children. However, Animations are run by representatives of your travel agency, not hotel staff. Unfortunately, there is a lack of animation and attractions for adults (only once a week there are evening activities organized by the hotel - traditional Greek live music along with dancing). The food is excellent, but during windy days (and they happen often) there is a lack of space in the dining room inside the building. My room was in the renovated part of the facility, these rooms are cleaned daily and there is a daily change of towels, in the rooms. The hotel has two pools of its own. One is for small children with small slides, and the other is a large one in the central part (it has a shallow and deep part). This is a really good place to relax on a trip with the family. 🏖️Beach The beach is accessible directly from the hotel, at the entrance there is a hotel bar with snacks and drinks (available free of charge in an all-inclusive stay). On the beach, the hotel provides guests with free sun loungers in umbrellas, the staff looks after this part and ensures cleanliness. The beach is pebbled, and the sand at the bottom of the Sea appears only at about 2-3 meters deep. During my stay on the beach, there was no lifeguard - you could freely swim and snorkel. However, parents should watch the children on the beach in the water themselves. 🗺️ Surroundings: The combination of mountain and sea views looks amazing. Naturally, it is a very nice place. About 10 minutes walk away is a souvenir store and a pharmacy. Outside the hotel, unfortunately, the streets are not very clean, the wind spreads garbage, and the buildings are often unfinished or abandoned, this is unfortunately on the downside, this fact, however, does not directly affect the hotel itself. Near the hotel, there is a gas station⛽️. 📸 Attractions: Not far from the hotel starts Safari Fun, a 4x4 car tour on the eastern part of the island, highly recommended! Note that visiting the main attractions of Crete (Knossos Palace and attractions near Heraklion) involves a commute of about 2 hours one way (we are in the southeast of the island). 💡What is worth remembering? This is an island where the wind blows, it is often very strong, it is worth remembering this in order not to feel disappointed on the spot. It is

This is the first time I'm even writing a comment about an "all-inclusive" hotel because this hotel doesn't qualify to be called an all-inclusive hotel. It's my second day at this hotel, and I already felt the need to write a comment so people know about this so-called "all-inclusive" hotel. I am a well-traveled person and have experienced many different fantastic all-inclusive hotels from various countries, but this hotel is not all-inclusive. The alcoholic drinks included in the hotel's "all-inclusive" package contain everything except alcohol. They're just sugary drinks that you end up paying a lot for. When you're on vacation, you want to be able to drink something with alcohol in it. This is the first all-inclusive hotel I've paid for that does NOT offer Aperol Spritz or Mojito in the all-inclusive package. It's really bad. The hotel doesn't even pay for Spotify/YouTube Music, so you have to listen to all the ads that come between each song. The hotel doesn't provide guests with water bottles, except for one large water bottle upon arrival. Additional water refills are in paper cups, which is positive for the environment, but the water you get tastes like anything but water. The hotel exploits this because they don't care. Or you can buy a water bottle with clean water in the market for 1.80 euros, and remember, you're paying all-inclusive to have to pay for water. The hotel should consider non-smoking guests and create a designated smoking area because, as it is now, people smoke everywhere, even on the beach. The all-inclusive food is okay.

A hotel that got potential to be good but has a lot to work on. Let's start with the all inclusive and the very bad drinks, they all tasted washed out and the sodas didn't taste well either. If you wanted a sunbed by the pool you had to be up around 6.30 am or else they were reserved by towels and were empty until lunch. More sunbeds and more sun covers by the pool. We had a room with a seaview and that was good, some of our family had rooms at the ground floor and they had lots of cockroaches. The breakfast was great but lunch and dinner not so. The menu at the beach bar could have been all inclusive. And last but not least, the check in procedure was awful, took for ages with one computer and two full buses to check in.

It was my first trip with friends to Greece. I am glad we choose this place! Everything was excellent. Hope I can return here soon for a longer period. The desk manager was really helpful and friendly as well. I think her name was Isabella. So I gladly recommended this hotel to everyone. Thank you again for the experience
