The Fireside Inn

Great location, within walking distance to downtown area with lots of restaurants and cute shops. We picked The Lodge with loft set up, space is definitely a little bit tight but it’s cozy for a cabin. Firewood can be purchased from the local store. Wi-Fi is a little unstable at times. Overall, it’s a great place. Side note: given that the elevation is 6,000+ ft, you may get a little light headed.

The place was amazing. It was a much needed time away from the chaos. We will definitely be back.

The Fireside in is a cozy and comfortable cabin space. Overall perfect for a night getaway. The town surrounding does close relatively early so food around may be limited in selection. There’s a couple things to fix up in the bathroom and amenities. I would happily stay again.

I liked the location, price, and the word cozy came up a lot in past reviews and the guest book on the fireplace. Rustic came to mind, the fixtures were a throw back in time, from the outlets to plumbing. Don't get me wrong I would definitely stay again. I like camping and the small town. I would rate the staff but never had a one single contact with anyone, you are texted a code for your door and that's it. Prepaid, no early in or late out. A big guy would have trouble navigating in the shower and bathroom. I'm 6ft and 180 and it was tight. No microwave to heat up leftovers. If the staff reads this, someone dropped a cap down the sink drain, I would've removed it if I had my tools, and a tiny pin hole leak in the shower hardware in the Pinion cabin. Other than that, the stay was great. Hopefully I can return. Nice decor and warm atmosphere after being outside for days.

Nice cabin.... fair price. Clean and well furnished. Probably could use a little updating, but it is as described. I would stay there again.
