Pleasant hill resort with a good experience. Nice services with staff members. But the restaurant needs to improve by service & also food quality and variety.

Entire property and atmosphere is pleasant and natural friendly. We had booked dulex mountain view rooms that is a standard rooms for 3 night stay and these rooms are quite okay in terms of interior and arrangement but due to wooden furniture and interior use rooms are quite musty. Rooms don’t have ac and not required either as nature has its own cool and pleasant weather. Staff is attentive and service is good. I found location quite far from the munnar market place.

Owners of guesthouse get food prepared from home, provided we give a 3 hour notice. Closest and decent accommodation for those who want to see wild elephants come for a drink of the water. A cute 15 room property in white and very well done. The cost rooms are well done. Parking is a bit cramped but the helpful staff are always there to help. They have a small restaurant with both indoor as well as outdoor sitting. Food is also good. Breakfast is served on the table and they have a separate menu for different days. The manager and staff are always serving with a smile. They are warm. The resort has a very homely feeling to it.
