Very good service, the food at the restaurant is specially good including the buffet and a la carte. The only problem is the housekeeping, which they moved my luggage to a place which is impossible to open it and I need to move my luggage back to the original place, placing the floor towel on my bed, and the worst is they moved my important document from the table top into a drawer which luckily I discovered before I leave the hotel. Other than the housekeeping, I am happy with my stay.

Once we reached the location, we found that we are very very far away from munnar but the location was in an thich forest area. We booked this only one main reason, which was for tree house experience, which was denied for us. The resort claimed, we didnt book a tree house one instead its a very very basic simple double room. There isnt an option for picking a tree house and nowhere it was mentioned its a simple double room. For the price i paid, its simply not worthy. The only good thing enjoyed was the food, and the team at the restaurant had the smile and provided best customer service. Thanks to them. Please be little cautious with this resort, as there are simple rooms and also tree houses. Please make sure to pick the tree house and not the deluxe room and its not worthy the price they ask, also its completely remote from munnar.

Beautiful hotel made with taste! We fell in love with the wood work and the cosy atmosphere! Our room had one of the most beautiful view! The breakfast buffet was good and we also eat one night at their restaurant and the curry’s were delicious! If you want a proper Ayurvedic experience please go to the place they recommend for massages! The best massage of our lives so far!!!
