Hills & Hues

Had a wonderful stay at the Hills and Hues Resort (Thekkady). Great service. Food was delicious. The hotel staff accommodated all our requests swiftly. The resort location is at the hill top which makes the stay all the more worthwhile. Overall had a great experience at the resort.

One of the Most beautiful and scenic resorts I have come across. Giving Santorini vibes on top of the mountain. Courteous and humble staff right from reception to restaurant everyone is so warm. We had special requests for jain food and they did it happily. They have jain menu as well, even at the breakfast they had many options for jain. Would like to give special mention to chef Ram who was personally going to guests for feedback and their likings for food. Also senthil who was very warm and humble with all our requests. Definitely best stay at Thekkady

A perfect resort to stay at thekkady . Here chef RAM provides us delicious food , this property is decorated beautifully with amazing natural views and landscapes. The behaviour of all staff is very nice , helpful and kind (person who assisted us is Arjun ) . My welcome and fairwell was very heartwarming. Its ambience and infinity pool was amazing giving Santorini kind of vibes . Overall Hills and hues resort is a must place to stay ..

Amazing property with awesome view… Good food we are from Saudi Arabia and they served us very good and delicious food… restaurant people was very friendly and kind… reception staffs was friendly they explained everything about the room and property… the room is very quiet and beautiful… We come here for next vacation with our whole family… Thank you Hills nd hues, Dhanya, Arun raimon indu asin amd all the staffs…

I had stayed in the Kings Lair room which is stated as the topmost room of the resort also it's on top of a mountain with an amazing view. The property is on a awesome location and really a great view anywhere in the property. We had a great time here. Amazing and humble staff with really great service. It was my wife's birthday and they helped arrange something as a surprise 12am midnight even when I requested them that it's ok if they send the surprise cake a little early. But Ashin insisted that it be done at the time I wished for. The chef Ram went more and beyond and helped prepare food even if that was not part of the menu. You can request any food and the chef really prepares it with amazing taste. We wanted the grapes that was part of complementary fruit basket. And he got that for us as well. Also while leaving he prepared oats and bread butter for our daughter to eat during our travel. Also Mr.Senthil helped with getting the grapes from the farm for us. I have not seen such amazing service anywhere else. Really heart warming to be taken care the way the staff at hills and hues does. Great standards. In conclusion, great service, amazing stay, quality food, nature friendly practices, quality hygiene and tremendous views. If you want to a place to get spoilt, this is the place . Thanks again to all the staff that help make this a great memory for us.
