on check in front office refused us a room saying Christmas Eve dinner is mandatory to pay and attend to get the room,
late in the evening we had to wait long time after a long tiring journey.Front office staff was so rude and there was no courtesy at all.
after too much of arguement finally a room was allocated at basement. being a usuall customer of Gokulam hotels I was shocked towards their attitude and misbeheavier.
never again to Gokulam hotels.

Excellent property with great location, food , ambience and polite staff. I recommend this ..and the Wifi connectivity is very good .Anagha has given good service with a beautiful smile .One must try muffins and Ghee dosa . Thank you Gokulam Park

We’d an amazing stay in Gokulam park Munnar. The rooms are comfortable, we’d a room with beautiful view. Special mention to the staff- they are very polite, friendly and sweet people. The girls working in the restaurant are always smiling, attentive to your needs. Food, particularly the breakfast is delicious, very diverse. The views from the restaurant are gorgeous. Will totally recommend this place to everyone. Note that the hotel is not in the town center of Munnar- it’s about 12km away so the surrounding is very calm and chill. That being said not a lot of restaurants and shops around.

The hotel is one the best I have stayed in yet. The room and bathroom was neat and clean. Room was of decent size. The room has big glass window with great view. The restaurant was great attraction. Our host Anagha was sweet and helpful in everything. The buffet was tasty and ample variety of food was served in buffet. Thankful to Gokulam Park.

I had a wonderful stay at Gokulam Park in Munnar! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of local and international dishes. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy the scenic beauty of Munnar.

Nice hotel for business trip Love the food in the restaurant. Everyone is kind n great us everyday, service is good especially the chef deepak he provide nice food us , I been taking it everyday. Will definitely recommend ppl to stay in this hotel.

A delicious meal in pleasant and elegant surroundings. Service was great and the meal (starter, main and dessert ) Food was delicious and authentic. The menu is not too vast (which is a good thing) and well-priced, specially thankx to mr Deepak
