From the time of booking to the time we left the property, everything was exceptional. The ease of checkin, the exceptional room and more importantly the food that’s served here. Each and every member made sure everything was served right. Every member personally comes in and checks in whether everything’s right. The ambience, including the walk around the forest created within the property, to the tea stall serving hot tea is a surreal experience. Bejoy made sure everything is right and offers any help at any point of time. The cooking demo with the drumstick and tomatoe curry where the 2 guys calmly showed us was equally exceptional. Highly recommending to stay here.

Chandys Windy woods exceeds expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and offered breathtaking views. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals. We highly recommend this hotel for a truly luxurious and unforgettable experience.

The resort was lovely. It was a bit cold and rainy, but there were enough activities for the kids to do. The food was great. And we were able to control the temperature in the rooms nicely. Will come back again!

The stay was very good. The staff has been very exceptional and fantastic service from all departments from checkin to checkout. I would definitely visit again. By nam its windy and Its really windy here. Play area is also great and fun for kids too. The waterfalls has been so nicely designed.
