It was a wonderful stay and very kind staff, there was some issue during our stay and I just ignore those things as all the staff really helpful and specially Ms. Agraja at front office really sweet and nice. She is very helpful and also I would like to mention Akash who help us to carry our luggage’s and had good conversation. Over all experience was amazing and hopefully will be back with our entire family. Thank you so much.

It's a must stay place. It Had everthing for everyone. We had a tight schedule with meetings due to which we couldn't travel much. However we didn't feel that as the resort has every fun activity you require. Swimming pool, jeep ride, amazing view points and selfie booths, gaming area. Loved our stay ❤️

Exceptional staff and customer service - everyone. Of particular mention the Operatioms manager and Executive chef. Music In evening In restaurant too loud and generally too noisey - need a quiet lounge area In the hotel. All surfaces In the hotel inside and outside rooms need cleaning with a CLEAN cloth. Glass surfaces everywhere are dirty.

The stay itself was absolutely wonderful. The property was cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to blend in with nature. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every little detail, from the delicious local food to the peaceful ambiance, added to the experience.

Ate at the restaurant, great food, great service and experience, fantastic view and ambience, if in Munnar would highly recommend a visit. Beef curry and paratha was fantastic, all items were great, will definitely stay here and visit next year when we come back to Munnar, would highly recommend Special thanks to chef George Thomas who spoke with us and made sure we were happy and well looked after
