DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Other than the view everything about this place was a huge disappointment. On arrival I was informed that there would only be hot water between 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm, however even at these times the water was ice cold. The room didn’t have WiFi and despite complaining twice nothing was done about it. The restaurant has a fairly extensive menu, unfortunately it only has about 20% of the items available and these aren’t written down anywhere so you just have to rely on a member of staff randomly reciting them and then choose from that. The sheets had a stain on them and also were not changed every day, the water and tea also were not replaced each day. The overall level of service was also terrible, though I would like to thank Anaz, who was the only member of staff who actually helped and was always professional. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.

Just skip it. Stay somewhere else.
No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff.
Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better.
There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

Hai, I with my family members came at Thekkady and stayed in Oxygen Resorts. We enjoyed our trip especialy our stay. The staff were very co operative especially the restaurent staff. The swimming pool staff Shri Paramanandam was very helpfull. Any how we are returning in full satisfaction. Kochunny and family members.

We family had a great enjoyment over oxygen resort ,Thekkady. There is an awesome experience in swimming pool ,Spa and Fun activities. KIDS Spent a very exciting and fun full time in swimming pool and Mr Paramanandham swimming pool instructor guided very well

Very Good experience..... Today ma sweet fam and i visited oxigen resort thekkady. It was, 2 days stay.it was a super experience from the staffs. Especially from the swimming pool staff paramanandham...our two days stay very satisfying.... I went to the same resort 4 years ago... Same experience from paramanandham and other staffs.....

Oxygen Resorts is a wonderful getaway with wide open grounds and beautiful views. The resort is full of lush trees, offering a quiet escape from everyday life perfect for nature lovers. We met Paramanandam who gave us a tour that showcased the different trees and the unique charm of the place. He was very friendly and clicked us some great photos😛
