Haze and Kites Resort Munnar

Amazing resort with breathtaking views. The haze they said, and haze it was, everywhere. Best of all, the staff at the property was phenomenal, totally dedicated to maximize guest experience. Enjoyed a cooking session with the chef in the evening, followed by bone fire with music and dance. Food made from scratch and was of top quality. It rained the day we arrived but the next day brought the nature at its best. Only small negative was that the door was a bit tough to open/close/lock. Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with family and kids.

Everything about the hotel is excellent: the facilities, the food, the atmosphere...it is exclusive and everything is kept and run at high quality standards. And, also we would like to highlight, specially, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. We stayed two nights in one of the cottages and we loved it. The hotel is on top of a mountain and the views are breathtaking, specially of the susent, for example, from the swimming pool. In addition, they have different activities such as bonfire and afternoon tee drinking. We think it is ideal for couples, but it could also be superb for small families. Everything is thought to have a wonderful stay. As mentioned before, the hospitality and warmth of the staff is superb. I had a minor accident and they really took care of me and made sure that I was fine, they really made a difference. In every sense we had the most wonderful experience. We can only highly recommend it.

We stayed in this resort in the sunset cottage with jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and neat. It had amazing views and indeed a natural retreat . They had very delicious food for lunch dinner and breakfast . It was freshly prepared . They also had a high tea session where they served snacks . They also have an exclusive viewing deck . The swimming pool and the play area for the kids were so nice ! The staffs were super helpful and friendly. My kids enjoyed playing badminton amidst the beautiful scenary

Very poor infrastructure and facilities. It is the staff only who’s managing the property. No signage on the road to reach Units are located so far and has a lot of stairs. If you are above 50, you can’t reach any room Limited water bottles, tea cups, even towels counted and provided. It’s like asking for anything and getting refused everytime

Worst experience as we took the best room (no 201) with big jacuzzi, and for three days inspite of complaining every day and multiple times….. there was no hot water. Last day was the worst as the hot water vanished as I had applied the soap and I had to wipe the soap with towel. The poor plumber kept coming and kept telling us sir “it is taking air sir” and the hot water will come for some time, but vanish again soon after. The management is completely insensitive and did nothing even after complaining to the most senior people at the resort. Extremely disappointed.

Nice property location is very good and service is also nice you take breakfast there because that is awesome good staff are there they can help you what you want and morning swimming pool views is also great you can tell them to serve breakfast in poll area also snd then they provide.
