Good experience and hospitality with Management. Nice location and view where the hotel is situated. Thanks ot M/S Baby for the good support and services. Word of advice, monkeys are the issue, so don't keep the window open, so that it may enter.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Housekeeping service were quick and excellent service by baby and sheena team

On our first visit, we stayed at Club Mahindra Serene for 3 nights and 4 days. The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. This wouldn't have been possible without the very helpful & positive attitude of Mr. Balamurugan (Resort Manager), Rahulraj(Resort Sales Manager), Restaurant Manager (Sunny), and Receptionist Suk Rani. Our room was spaciousness and views are impeccable cleanliness and stylish atmosphere of the resort. Our experience is all superlative for every staff member there. The food menu was very tasteful and there was plenty of choice each day for us. Every vegetarian meal we could get was so tasty and delicious. Our special thanks to restaurant staff and all the chefs. We could not remember everybody"s name, but we are thankful to all of them. Despite the high standards of service, none of the staff members requested any positive feedback, which is remarkable in today's rating digital world. Highly recommended place to visit in the near future. They're the reason that we will always cherish our holiday at Mahindra Munnar Serene Resort.

Great place with a stellar view, the food is amazing especially the BBQ Bay, we had chef Kuldeep Singh prepare so many delicious items for us. The best one was the pineapple and the pineapple chutney. Thanks to all the staff members too for such a great experience.

Great resort for a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic overlooking Anariyankal dam and mornings view is superb. The in housing dining is good and the service is great. However the road leading to the resort and inside the resort is pathetic

A very serene place to relax and rewind . The service of the house keeping and restaurant folks was excellent. Special mention to the executive chef , sous chef’s Harsh, Mohan, Arun . On the service front Abhishek made our meal times pleasurable .
