Good experience and hospitality with Management. Nice location and view where the hotel is situated. Thanks ot M/S Baby for the good support and services. Word of advice, monkeys are the issue, so don't keep the window open, so that it may enter.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Housekeeping service were quick and excellent service by baby and sheena team

Love the comfortable staying, beautiful viewing, waking around in such a good weather in the resort and friendly and professional staff of restaurant ( Isha , Doli , Sabarinarthan ,Britto , Mohan , Soni. And our very sweet housekeeper (Saranya)

We had delicious BBQ and mutton dishes prepared by Chef Kuldeep Singh. Every item was awesome and chef is very polite and open to serve as per requirement of guest. We experienced north Indian cuisine which was not expected to be of so good quality and taste in southern part of India.

We had a wonderful stay at Munnar. The balcony opened to beautiful tea gardens and the view was breathtaking. The food specifically needs the mention. We had dinner Barbecue Bay and each item had distinct taste which is very refreshing and rare. The kitchen supervisor-Suraj, took good care of us. Thanks Suraj !

The location is just breathtaking. The room window opened to the views of tea garden . The barbecue dinner ( thanks to chef Kuldeep Singh ) was awesome. Every item in the barbecue had distinct flavor which is not very common. I could just live here.

Superb food and Hospitality at Restaurant.Chef Vignesh gave memorable genuine service. Food quality and taste is awesome. In room bed and other items are well maintained. Bathroom has some smell problem,but no issue. OverallThank you.
