A beautiful resort ***aged by ******. Resort recieved us with untidy rooms. Staff were extremely reluctant to complaints. We got vomiting n loose motion as complimentary gift. If you are ready to risk yourself n family then this is the place you looking for.

We have booked for 53 family with more than 200 member strength on 11 may 2024... Only the location of resort was slightly good... Rest of all the amenities, food, etc was pethatic...more than 30 kids got food infection leading to vomiting,Diarrhoea and feaver. Some of them were hospitalised. Pool was not at all maintained, water was not cleaned, club house was good in size but not having a good sound system, seating arrangement, etc... Overall the experience of our team was very bad at the resort.

The worst experience ever in my life during a trip. I stayed 2 days with my family including 2 kids *****with my friends and families. We are all ex servicemen and booked our stay very well in advance. But the rooms were not ready and not cleaned. Linens are not changed and the swimming pool condition was pathetic. Lastly the horrible thing happend was all of us got food infection and ***y got admitted in hospital. Pls avoid staying there..It is absolutely a hell.

Horrible experience. 57 families arranged a get together here. Most of them are in hospital due to food poision. They don't have enough staff to maintain the facilities. Swimming pool is very dirty. Wash room/ Changing room in the pool doesn't have lights and locks. Basic requirements are not available in room.

Nice Resort with a beautiful view to the munnar hills and also we where able to see the sunrise. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Dinner was average. As we visited in May it was humid so during night some of our members feel hot. There is no Ac in any room and fan was not kept in every room so that was the only difficultly we felt. In morning it was cold and climate was perfect.

We have visited ayur county resort really awesome good natural view and excellent service in good ***ner rooms are very neat we stayed 15 members and 6 kids full of joy specially camp fire and music toooo good … more over food specially breakfast more variety and toooo tasty

We Stay in This resorts on 05-04-2024 & 06-04-2024 with our family , We Book 6 Rooms, "Horrendous experience. Front desk team very bad , rooms unacceptable, no amenities, No Wi-Fi, Not working TV , Bad Housekeeping ,No Phone and No First Aid Medicine also ...... Don't waste your Precious holidays with this Ayur County Resorts ."

Pleasant and relaxing. Location and pool privacy were the main attractions for us. We have stayed in the accommodation a few times and continue to enjoy our stays there. Would recommend the place to friends looking for accommodation in Broome. The gardens were beautifully maintained.

We had a very good time at Ayurcounty Resort. The rooms were very spacious and with a great view of the Tea garden. The food was good . breakfast buffet & the dinner buffet was so good . The staff were co-operative and very helpful especially Mr.Kirthi . Unfortunately we couldn't use their swimming Pool bcs of our schedule .Small suggesting to the Ayurcounty Team to extend the timing of the swimming pool, will be more helpful. Definitely we will be back to the property for our next visit.
