We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ayur County resort and it exceeded all our expectations. The greenery, and panoramic views of mountains e.g....are truly amazing. The rooms were very clean and designed to harmonize with the natural surroundings. The warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always eager to assist with any request.

Bedsheets were not clean, it had stains on them. Also instead of a queen size bed it was 2 single sized put together. And the room was below ground floor ( -2 floor ) with no proper view of the valley. Dinner and breakfast was nice. The pool was also nice. The resort is also easily reachable and is in a beautiful place. The resort staffs were helpful.

Overall a very very poor stay !!! I would not suggest to choose this place to enjoy with a family trip. When we were not able to get the necessary facilities, we tried to ask the staff. But its staff behaved like a criminal. There is a lot to say. But shorten the words. I can assure you of one thing that I have lived in many places in Munnar over the years. But this is the only place where I and my family had such a bad experience.

Hospitality is not good. They charge an extra 35% on food for room service. Rooms are not hygienic

Normal ac rooms not worth the money they charge. Very less parking space and we didn’t did opt for food.

Pros: Large spacious rooms and good views. Good morning buffet, but on few occasions only. Cons: Windows and door leak cold air. Water seeping from under the bed. Foul smelling bathroom. No room heater. Cant order food to room when raining. Away from most shops and restaurants. Takes many attempts to get attention from service personnel.

High quality hospitality, neat and tidy room and washroom. Friendly staff approach, amazing private balcony views, safe and secure place always prefer ayur country resorts. For kids they have amazing play areas, food and beverage are very tastey
