Because of medical emergency i requested to date change via customer service on multiple times. Nobody not done anything for that. If i call properly holder they said to contact makemytrip customer care, then i called customer service they said it's depends on property holder. So nobody done anything for my request. Even i requested 2 days before, nobody not taking responsibility for this. Worst customer care service. I cannot give not even 1 rating for this service. I am sure afterthis i am not going to book rooms or any trips through makemy trip, going to uninstall this app, and would suggest to my friends also. Thank you
