Had a pleasant stay, we loved property and the staff over their were polite and professional. The activities were too good. Calm and very beautiful place. Early morning nature walk and bird watching was exceptional. Will be happy to visit this place again and I would recommend this place to my friends too.

The best resort in Munnar.. This resort has number of activities… u can spend a complete day at this property.. Firstly Morning Nature walk with vishnu was superb.. he explained everything about the spices which were planted at this property..the staff here are very helpful.. Hospitality was amazing.. each nd every staff had a smiling face whenever we cross dem.. Most of all .. i liked when i asked for a cotton at morning 5am for my kid.. dey gave me at my doorstep..💛

i stayed there on 8th and 9th of march.The welcome at hotel, rooms( Royal suit) , their food , services and behaviour of Whole lostaff was just perfect. The rooms were very very good and it was the bestest stay of my trip. We were three families. and They even shifted our rooms adjacent to each other on just one request.

Great Location, awesome view, calm environment, polite and friendly staff, good hospitality, clean rooms, good food, enjoyable activities, pleasant weather and a never to miss spot in Munnar. It was an amazing experience ! Worth the time spent.

The location is spectacular and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The food was good and there was a good variety of choices. We enjoyed the pool and the afternoon tea. We would happily return.

Good natural ambience, friendly staffs, food variety can be more. Riverside view is excellent, though not much water flow in March. Good place for family adventure seekers. Rooms were neat. Some more attractions can be added for longer stays

This hotel might not have a view as impressive as the tower block type hotels, but it’s so much better to be closer to nature than in a sky rise. We didn’t choose this hotel (the tour were on chose it) but we are SO happy they did. It’s situated next to the river, in the most stunning location (and the gardens are so beautiful and full of wonderful plants), all the employees are fantastic, and the food is amazing. We especially loved all the different activities included, like the bird watching tour, spice garden tour, tea, and bonfire. Would 100% recommend.

The hotel and its staff is there to help you in any way they can. It has a high level of service. The ladies are dressed in saree and the garden is very beautifull. Extra activities are there. In my case I wanted to experience wearing a saree. And they made this possible by coming to my room and dress me in one. Then a staff member came to take pictures of me in their beautifull garden. They sent all the pictures to me. This is what I call service. Thank you Rivulet and your staff!
