It was great experience for the stay and serene beauty of the greenery mountains. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great environment for a good vacation. Quite close to the good nature. Staff were very helpful for our baby. They took care of our baby and we enjoyed the through out the stay.

Amazing experience with exceptional customer service from the front office staff to the restraunt staff. Sandra the reception personnel ensured we were looked after from the moment we arrived to our check out time. Clean and tidy rooms and premises, spa treatments, tasteful food menu. We would highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and serene getaway.

We had a great time here, staff was reallyy helpful. they had a amazing restaurant aswell, breakfast was delicious, good options for lunch and dinner as well, thy had good indoor games, nice gym and spa as well. Overall it was a great experience and hope to visit this place soon again.

Its really mesmerizing experience. Excellent service as well as food.and the room view is very amazing and the staffs are very friendly and swimming pool is very beautiful and the location was very nice and the food was very tasty over all very comfortable

Nice stay in viceroy.had a wonderful time,all the amenities are excellent..they arranged a surprise thing which I asked...the pool is awesome...food is excellent in their resturant...worth the money.and the staffs are very friendly sandra and abin was really helpful...

Very great stay. All needs catered for. Abin reception manager was fantastic!! We would recommend to anyone else coming to Munnar region in Kerala. We are from UK and Australia and met all of our expectations. All people at the hotel are very warm and kind.
