members were sitting nearby, but neither of them informed us about any restrictions. Feeling confident that it was accessible, we stepped onto the terrace to enjoy the view and take some photos. To our surprise, a staff member suddenly approached us in an unreasonably harsh and rude tone. He said, “You have to leave here; it’s not allowed,” and continued to make a few other unkind remarks that were completely unnecessary. His behavior was abrupt, unprofessional, and deeply upsetting. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough to clarify the rules, but instead, we were treated as if we had done something wrong. The lack of clear signage, communication, and basic courtesy made this incident highly disappointing. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome, even in situations where rules need to be enforced. Unfortunately, this resort failed to meet even the most basic standards of guest relations, leaving us humiliated and ruining the overall mood of our trip. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously, trains their staff in proper customer service, and ensures such incidents don’t happen again. Future visitors deserve a much better experience than what we encountered.

We stopped off at the resorts cafe on route to Munnar. The service was great, very friendly and the samosas superb it was a real treat to stop there and just what was needed half way up the mountain . The shop next door had some lovely honey products in.

I really like this place but my 7 year old daughter had problems like ear blockage and ear pain but me and my daughter really love this place. Me and my daughter really loved the waterfall, 16D movie and children's park. It was a nice best visit.

I stayed here for a couple nights while biking around the south. The stay was fantastic. Best wifi i’ve had in india. Modern clean rooms with good ac and ceiling fans. My room overlooked the river and with heavy rain on the second night it was fun to watch. During the day i saw several parakeets outside my balcony and many other birds. I went on a 3 hour trek with Mr. Prince, the naturalist here. He was great. Very friendly and warm and knowledgeable. We saw a family of elephants from a distance and one from only 50’ away. Also saw Indian bisen, deer, peacocks, and two species of monkey. While i was here the food was made to order and arrived very quickly - surprisingly fast. The host, whose name i didn’t get, was delightful and everyone went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. You can tell when a place really cares and has big aspirations - and they all do here.
