Club Aquarium

We were greeted on arrival by the friendly staff. Hotel was really modern and comfortable and the best shower we’ve ever had! Pools are amazing and the staff were so attentive and friendly. They made sure to remember everyone’s names and there wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do for you! It’s about a 15min walk to local shops, bars and restaurants but you can hire buggies to get around for not much money and lots of fun. It’s also much quieter than its sister hotel so great for couples and quieter family’s not looking for hotel entertainment! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at Club Aquarium in July 2024. The staff are like family to everyone. They make the hotel, with world class customer service. Nothing is too much trouble to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Saliye was so amazingly attentive and spoke to us everyday making sure we were all ok and arranged a birthday cake for our daughter's 17th birthday. She also arranged to change our fridge within 24 hours for us. Appo was the best barman. Knowledgeable, kind and approachable. He was so lovely and seemed to take pride in his work and made customers feel at home. The entertainment team Bucky and GeeGee where motivating, hilariously funny and made everyone feel included and welcome. They were great with the kids and always had a smile on their face. The hotel staff, pool staff, cleaning staff were all approachable and nice. We booked again for this year as we have no negative things to say atall. Looking forward to the refurbishment and seeing all the staff again. The location and cleanliness of this hotel is perfect. 10/10. No need to go anywhere else. We had a great family holiday at Club Aquarium in 2024 before it was even renovated. The hotel has incredible views of the whole of the town down to the sea. We saw some incredible thunder storms over on the mountains. The self catering facilities had everything that was needed and the food in the hotel was a reasonable price for the area and good quality. The rooms are small but all of the balconies have a great view so we spent a lot of time out there instead. It is a short walk to plenty of restaurants and shops down the hill or a short taxi ride down to the beach. It’s also possible to go into the sister hotel the Grand Aquarium to use their facilities which include water slide although it is a busier hotel and we enjoyed coming back to Club Aquarium at the end of the day. There are also plenty of day trips to be found down in the town if you want to travel around a bit. The staff are all helpful and friendly and there is entertainment in the evening in the restaurant area. We were due to stay again in early 2025 however the renovations overran and so we had to book elsewhere which was a real shame as we were looking forward to staying again.

Been going to the club for 5 years now. Arrived end of April for 2 weeks and all I can say is wow. What a fantastic refurb done over the winter months. It was like being in a completely different place. Didn’t have a whirlpool room, so can’t comment, as we prefer the top floor as the views are stunning. Rooms are cleaned and towels changed every day. Showers are fantastic. Staff are all really friendly. Eddie’s iced coffees are to die for. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

Fabulous hotel. The apartments have the perfect amount of space and storage. We didn't use the kitchen but it was fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, fridge, 2 ring hob and all the utensils you might need. All the rooms face the pool and have a view of Icmelar and the sea in the distance. The balcony was a decent size and came with a little washing line which was useful. The cleaners were great and came at a decent time so no early wake ups at all. The food was lovely. Apo and his brother Hakeem really do make the best iced coffee. In fact, my son said Hakeems coffee had the edge so watch out Apo All staff here were friendly, helpful and pleasant. The hotel is around 15 minutes walk into Icmelar but there is a little cut through to Tommy's bar where you can catch a dolmus to Icmelar and Marmaris. These come every 5 minutes or so. There are lots of lovely cats at this hotel who all seem well cared for which for me is a sign of a hotel who cares The only thing I didn't like is the in house card system for paying for food and drink. For me it was a hassle topping it up and put me off eating and drinking at the hotel. The hotel will always refund any amounts not used but I personally found it very annoying.

Stayed for a week here .. amazing views from rooms Food was great .. breakfast lunch and dinner Staff excellent especially apo .. you have to try his iced coffee!! Best I’ve tasted Pool areas really clean, we used both pools and the kids loved the slide, lots of comfy sun beds and umbrellas Rooms very dated but they are being refurbished for next year, rooms cleaned every day if you want Nice 10-15 minute walk to bars restaurants All in all a fab week in the sun Thankyou club aquarium, you definitely know the meaning of excellent hospitality, Thankyou for your wonderful service, smiles every day and giving us lovely memories ❤️
