Lovely lady rose , staff great But noise from club was horrendous at night 2/4 am karaoke going on after, if you have a room at front Beds so uncomfortable rock hard, no tea n coffee facilities in your room Bedding not good stains on sheets, only bottom sheet old throw and blanket wasn't good Breakfast very poor

A small hotel located well and offering a large size room.My only gripe our room was on the side and we could hear the karaoke every night ..Also the beds were very hard..Rose the owner was lovely as were the staff and the poor girl injured her back when we were there.We didn't bother her for a room change with her not being well.Decent breakfast all in all we enjoyed our holiday..Thank you

Great location nice clean friendly family run hotel . I must of stayed here 20 times in the last 15years. Rose the owner is a diamond and goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay, nice bar area and pool which can be a bit fresh until the sun warms it up, it's a very laid back sort of place ,we have booked again for September so that must tell you about my home from home

Just back from 7 nights in Oylum Garden which is in a great location in the centre of Içmeler. Hotel was lovely; rooms exceptionally clean and spacious. Although most staff do not speak English, they worked hard and were pleasant. Rose the owner/manager was fantastic during our stay; nothing was too much trouble and it felt like ‘home from home’. As a lone traveller I felt very safe which means a lot. I can’t wait to return (already booked) and can highly recommend.

Family run hotel, no pressure to spend time at the pool/buy drinks etc. We had rooms on the top floor so sloping ceilings but not a major issue and the rooms were a good size. Cleaned every day. Friends had problem with shower pressure but it was fine for me. Turkish breakfast served between 8-10. Fairly basic hotel but for the price it was well worth it. We would definitely return.

A beautiful gem of a find when we visited this Turkish family run hotel this September. We didn't want to leave as we were welcomed with open arms and was really really well looked after. The rooms are comfortable and you can pay a small additional amount to have air conditioning. There was also a safety deposit box if you wanted but we didn't opt for this I believe there's also a small charge for that too. The pool area and bar area were lovely and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely a traditional Turkish style breakfast that you could enjoy between the hours of 8am and 10am With plenty of coffee or tea always available to wash your breakfast down. The hotels location is in a very good area within a minutes walk to bars supermarkets restaurants etc. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach too. The staff were all very hard working and the place always looked spotless. Well done to all the team at Oylem Garden. Rose the owner / manger from the hotel was amazing and catered for our every need she is one very special lady and she works so hard and she always made time to engage with all of her guests and would go out of her way to keep everyone happy. If I could suggest a way to make it even better it would be to have a menu with pictures on for drinks and food that are available either on the bar or on the tables with the prices shown too as there was a slight language barrier ordering any drinks or food. We met several guests that had been revisiting this hotel for many years and I can totally understand why as the service was second to none.
