The food ***meat was good, so was the service and cleanliness. Most of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks were nice. There is good entertainment at night. The employees are very friendly. I am thinking of coming again in the next holidays.

This hotel actually upgraded our room. The hotel service is very good. There are long performances in the evening. This hotel is as beautiful as a garden. The food is also rich and the restaurant environment is very good.

The service quality is high, the food is successful, the rooms are clean. I definitely recommend it.

***It's a nice hotel, they usually have foreign guests. Especially the indoor pool is very enjoyable.

The rooms are very clean, although the food is open buffet, the appetizers are very delicious, the nature is beautiful, the sea is normal,

just left this hotel and it was really good value for money. food was amazing and staff were really attentive. lovely location, beach is fantastic too and the view is incredible. for an all inclusive the food was unbelievable. never been a fan of all inclusive but this place is something different the food and evening entertainment was the highlight. all hotel staff are super friendly helpful and attentive negative points of this hotel are the pool is way too cold, almost unusable, luckily the sea was nice and warm. the hotel room has some dodgy electrics, outlets falling out the wall and scary buzzing noises lights not working ect. also no iron in the room. asked the hotel reception and they told me to use the laundry service to get my clothes ironed but it wasnt obvious how to do that, some complex form in the wardrobe to fill out. also they booked out the hotel on saturday for a wedding which really annoyed me as we were all crammed in the lobby to accommodate the wedding which i felt was taking liberties as we have paid for the hotel.

If you're looking for a holiday in an absolutely stunning location with service that's second to none, then don't hesitate to book a trip to the Hotel Aqua. My wife and I have had a few holidays over the years but this was definitely the most fun. The hotel is situated on a beautiful sandy beach with a fantastic promenade which takes you all the way to the neighbouring town of Marmaris around 4 miles away. If you don't fancy the walk there's a great water taxi service which runs around every 10 minutes. However, the real selling point of the Hotel Aqua is the brilliant entertainment and fantastic staff who always have a smile on their faces and can spot an empty glass from a mile away. Special mention to Z, Ali, Gaye, Isaac and the twin brothers who made every evening really great fun, we've seen and/or particpated in salsa dancing, singing, karaoke, an Abba show, acrobatics, a circus show and all whilst enjoying all-inclusive table service. There's loads of entertainment throughout the day but it's not loud or rowdy, so you can still enjoy a quite day chilling out by the pool or on the beach if that's your thing. At the beach you can parasail, hire speedboats, go fishing, take a boat ride out for the day or just enjoy a swim in the sea. We're already planning our return journey and we've only been home 12 hours!

Well this place is absolutely fantastic pool was lovely never had an issue with sunbeds day time snacks were great no issues the drinks were plentiful and very nice and strong the night entertainment was fantastic but the overwhelming thing was the staff they just go over and beyond only downside for me was the food at night I'm a pretty fussy eater the only thing that could be improved but saying that we will def return

We felt our all inclusive stay in this very well run hotel was excellent value for money. In particular, staff were extremely hard working and attentive to guests' needs - a real 'plus'. The pool area was continually monitored for litter and 'empties' by your welcoming and friendly life guard -- George ? - and waiters regularly circulated offering cold drinks. The gardens are well kept and the communal areas and bedrooms very clean and tidy - but the bedrooms could benefit from an extra easy chair for comfort. The dining room was extremely well run but perhaps the menu for the main courses might benefit from review. The starters and desserts were excellent, but apart from the freshly cooked chicken 'stir fry' and the carvery I kept to the salad option. Whilst appreciating that it is difficult to cater for large numbers, I feel a reduced, and fresher, 'main course' menu at dinner would be worth considering.

I had my tattoo at this hotel by Jacobs tattoos ,love it the colour is nice and dark but I've had so many comments about it .I needed a cover up and he nailed it .He also recoloured my old tattoo which is also lovely and colourful.I would also like to add that the yr before I also had to piercings and they have also been great can't recommend these guys enough very professional put u at ease .Thank you will be bk out as usual next yr

Lovely stay yet again. Staff are fantastic and the hotel is ran very well. Very clean and tidy. Lots of choice for food, bbq on every night. Spa treatments, hair dressing and tattoo all very professional. Lots of room at pool area sun and shade. Evening entertainment was very good something for everyone. Best hotel in town.

Stayed in Sept for the first time and was very impressed. Great location next to the beach with stunning views. The waiters and bar staff work are the best I've seen , very polite and quick service. The hotel has a great lobby bar for people who just want to relax and a special mention to bahar who works there in the day . The hotel provides food in the day at a snack bar which we used a couple times and was good. The rest of our meals in the day and evening were in the restaurant, the salads were fantastic and a massive selection of cakes, my only problem with the food was that most of the time the meals were just warm, the hotel needs to look into this as lots of people were talking about this. The entertainment team work hard all day playing darts, bowls,archery etc and there was a show to watch in the evening most nights... I have to say I've seen better entertainment as it was the same group of people doing different acts each night but each to their own and it was ok. Plenty of drinks selection and all free, the lager is tuborg or carlsberg and plenty of cocktails on offer.. The room was good with a mini bar which was filled each day with snacks and drinks, The cleaning was excellent and done everyday. Wifi is free and the coverage was great, even at the beach . One negative is that the entertainment team seem to have their favourite guests and bypass new families to sit and chat with with returning parties....

Just returned from our 4th visit to the Aqua and again it was just the best. We unexpectedly received a room upgrade (many thanks) and were in a suite overlooking the bars, stage, down to the beach and across the bay. It was absolutely wonderful. As before the management, staff, cleaning, drinks and all inclusive food were excellent and we could not find fault with anything. A special thanks to the couple who run the little shop in the lobby for their kind help and also the people at reception. Great service from everyone. But during our visit we must mention the exceptional service from Cavide (our room cleaner) and Ronii and Ali (waiters) who were kind, funny and very attentive. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Wow. Have just returned home from this absolute gem of a hotel. The whole holiday was amazing at Aqua. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was 5 star. This was the best hotel we have been to in Turkey. The most amazing, friendly, hard working staff whom will do there upmost to make your holiday so special. Massive shouts to the twins and Tia who keep everyone involved in all activities and the evenings entertainment. The lovely lady in the Spa whom is so friendly and cheerful. All the waiters and waitresses who work so hard and are so helpful. The cleaners, maids and everyone else. A massive thank you. We will be returning next year.
