Mirage World Hotel - All Inclusive

We arrived at the mirage world just after midnite and were greeted by a lovely bald headed gentleman who checked us in gave is our wristbands and escorted us to our room..we were in block c 3325 and on arrival were very impressed..pool view..spotless room with a fridge and good storage and bathroom..long day so retired to bed.. Woke up nice and early and had a mooch around to find oir feet...mens in shops and tattoo place very nice and helpful..used them frequently for room stuffs.. 4 nice pools one with slides and 2 relaxing..we liked the one on main deck as had more going on.. Breakfast,lunch and dinner were all spot on with plentyful fayre and drinks..lovely waiters and waitresses of which shamus was like are very own butler and would always go above and beyond..all different cuisuines which se tried and enjoyed and something for the most fussy of eaters. Mention to tyson and zelma and meow man on the animation team. I had a tattoo and several trips to hairdresser and spa..all very good and great value..i will definately return with the wife as we both thoroughly enjoyed our first all inc experience.. The hotel was close to the beach only a 5 minute walk, the amenities were great a range of pools to choose from. The entertainment and spa staff were amazing and very attentive. The evening shows and cocktails were the best part of our holiday, each night there was bingo and live shows to watch. We had a spa first day of our holiday and they checked on every day since. However , the food was average, we went out for food on our last night and it was much better than anything in the hotel. The room was uncomfortable, the balcony view was suppose to be a pool view but was houses on the street where we could see the rubbish from the main restaurant. When we first checked in the hotel, the reception staff were very rude , we asked for a double bed and they just pushed the two beds together and were rude to us. The shower didn’t work properly and the water pressure was rubbish. Claimed the maid service was everyday, the maid showed up twice. We ran out of toilet paper, we rang reception and no one showed up for hours. We ended up taking a few rolls from the maid trolley after waiting 4 hours. Would stay within İçmeler again as the locals were very friendly and attentive but not the hotel due to the room situation, the food and some of the staff.

This was a last minute holiday. We stayed at the hotel for 10 nights and it was beautiful. We normally stay in Marmaris but we opted for a slight change of Icmeler this time. The food was lovely, pool area perfect. We were helped out a lot by a bell boy named Yusuf. He was extremely welcoming and came across so friendly. He even gave us advice on places to see in Icmeler. He was very good with the children in the party too and really made them feel important. Great service from him and we would definitely come back because of this.

We arrived at around 4 am, on arrival the reception area looked great and staff were friendly, unfortunately this all changed once we were shown to our rooms, we had booked 2 rooms, one for my elderly parents and one for myself and my 12 year old daughter. The rooms were probably the worst rooms I've ever seen, they were dated, filthy and the bathroom was covered in grime/ mould. There were exposed wires and my dad experienced an electric shock when trying to turn the lamp on. We went straight to reception and asked for new rooms, we were informed to go back at 10 am. When we went back we were offer an option of 2 different rooms but meant sharing one room or paying additional costs. The management attitude was very poor. The room we agreed on didn't work at all, my parents ended up having to sleep on sofas whilst my daughter and I shared a bed. The air-conditioning unit was directing above the bed which resulted in us being cold overnight even on the lowest setting. The temperature was to hot not to have it on. There was only one mirror in the room and no electrical points near by which meant making getting ready in the evening difficult to do hair. The bathroom door was black glass which meant absolute no privacy when using the bathroom. The mini fridge was covered in mould, and there were only 3 coat hangers for 4 people. The rooms weren't cleaned daily and there were no fresh towels. The restaurant was very chaotic, the food was hit and miss, food in the main restaurant was mainly cold but from the grill was fresh and hot. There is plenty of selection but very repetitive. Bar staff were amazing and very friendly. The pool area was lovely. However, the sun lounger wars not so much, no where enough sun beds. Pools were cleaned Lovely coffee bar and again friendly staff. Entertainment at night very good and enjoyable.

Visited this hotel in August 2025 and couldn't have hoped for a better stay. Great selection of pools, amenities and the food was out of this world. I would also like to mention Yusuf the bell boy. Yusuf was an absolute gentleman from the get go, assisting us with our luggage and recomending experiences offered by the hotel. I don't think I ever seen him without a smile on his face. I hope this review finds Yusuf and he receives the recognition he deserves. I definitely think with the professionalism and the experience he has he could be running the place when we visit next year. Hope to see you then Brother

Hotel is nice but let's it self down first impressions count and reception are not very welcoming also only ever seems to be one on slow check in. Also lack of security on site as well rooms are fine did the job. Food far to repetitive and struggled to get a seat restaurant is to small for the hotel can't handle it again see this when shows on not enough seats pools are fine but beware floors are slippy when wet at best hotel is a 3 star but is ideal base ri explore and does the job for the price
