It is not super as you expected from an 5-stars hotel. The sofa at the bedroom was very dirty. Foods was OK. I'm not sure if I come again but there wasn't any extreme issue we had.

Definitely not five star place: Furniture old and run down, flies all over the restaurant and sticking on the food. Difficult to communicate with staff and waiters as they don’t speak any other languages except Turkish. We paid for a sea view room which we didn’t get. No beach service at all even for old guests. Nearly similar variety of food every day. Pool bar don’t know anything about making cocktails and serving awful cocktails.

All in all this place is pretty poor. First impressions were good, beautiful location and the reception area was nice and had a Turkish feel to it which was great. The pool area is pretty good. That’s as far as the positives go. The residential area was shocking, the carpets along the corridors were an absolute disgrace, not a major deal, but it does demonstrate the lack of respect these people have for their customers and does set the tone for a lot of other things. The pool toilets get mopped every 5 days, they absolutely stink. There was excrement on the floor for 5 days that just dried into the tiles eventually. You have to pay to use the pool tables. Food selection was poor and even then they kept running out of it. I agree with other recent reviews in that this place doesn’t seem to want to cater for anyone except the Turks. We ended up eating out more which is disappointing given we paid for all inclusive. I would have to look at Jet2 and TUI who rate these resorts and allow such poor standards/experiences. It was not a cheap holidays and unfortunately did not live up to any expectations. This was our 2nd time in Turkey, the previous trip being one of our best ever holidays. Pitty this didn’t come close. I would recommend you look somewhere else.

There is literally no way that I can fault this incredible hotel. The hotel itself is breath-taking! At every turn the view of the building, the grounds, and the surrounding terrain is simply perfection. We travelled as a family with older children (aged 18 and 19), but saw many other families with younger children looking very happy. The hotel staff are exemplary - from the attentive welcome at reception, through to the staff waiting on tables throughout the day (who will very quickly come to know exactly what you need before you even ask), kitchen staff and chefs (who prepare exceptional and varied cuisine each and every day), to bar staff (who delighted us with so many wonderful cocktails) and the entertainment team (who go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is having a wonderful time) - not to mention the many people who tend to the hotel and grounds throughout each night and day, who clearly have immense love and passion for their work - such as the gardeners, cleaners and pool cleaners. Every member of the team at Marti Hotel resort have only one desire, and that is to ensure that you are as happy as possible throughout your stay. They anticipate your needs before you even know them, without being in any way overbearing. This I believe to be the most compelling quality of a 5* hotel - and a skill which can only be accomplished from many many years of experience and dedicated support from management. Every aspect of this hotel is 5* - it is paradise on earth.

The hotel is so gorgeous the rooms are really lovely and the beds are so comfy the rooms aren’t far from the pools either and the food is good too, there is lots of options for everyone. The entertainment team is so fantastic they put on lots of activities through the day, Alex and selly are so lovely they always come to chat and make sure your okay, they also set up darts and water polo and other activities to do as well they are really helpful.

Just back from an amazing time at the Marti, fantastic hotel. Rooms were very spacious, lovely and clean and beds were comfortable. Daily bottles water supplied to your room as well as daily towel changes. The hotel and grounds were spotlessly clean. Staff throughout the hotel were great, very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the entertainment team especially Mehmet (aka Jack) who kept us entertained all holiday, definitely one of a kind. Also a special mention for Oguzahm (aka Ozzy) the barman who knew everyone's order as they approached the bar. Highly recommend the Turkish bath and massage that we had, maybe a little on the expensive side but well worth it. Only really downside was the food was quite repetitive, we always had plenty to eat but it was the same food most days and sometimes the food could be a little cold. However, the stone baked pizza and freshly cooked meat and fish were amazing. This was our first visit to Turkey/Icmeler but will definitely be returning to Icmeler.

The area it’s nice clean rooms good entertainment, nice food, close to sea and big swimming pools Thanks MAHMET it’s good man always look after kids and us I would also like to say all the hotel staff is so lovely and the food is just incredible. A wonderful week of having everything laid on for us! The surroundings were stunning and the staff friendly. The hotel is spotless and has a lovely charm, having been built in the traditional architectural style. I enjoyed the classic Turkish bath and massage so much, plus having a daily stretch in the yoga sessions under the careful tuition of Aida at the Marti Sports Academy.

Absolutely amazing!!! So much fun, so clean, great staff, great food and amazing range, Esra was amazing at Including everyone during an evening dance, was so inclusive and so fun!!! Amazing time :) no complaints!!! The rooms were so clean and well looked after and this place is great if you love cats, they’re everywhere in icmeler!!
