The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring guest satisfaction. Guests enjoyed comfortable beds and spacious family rooms with various sleeping options and powerful showers.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and well‑maintained. The food was excellent, with a huge variety of fresh fruits, salads, vegetables, many types of main courses, and delicious desserts – everything was fresh and full of flavor. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made our stay even better. The facilities are fantastic – three pools, a private beach with plenty of sunbeds (note: not sandy), and beautiful surroundings of green hills and blue sea. Being all‑inclusive, we enjoyed unlimited drinks, water, ice cream, and even a bakery and coffee shop offering sweets, pastries, coffee, and tea throughout the day. There’s also entertainment, including dancing, and a kids‑free private beach with its own bar for those looking for a quieter atmosphere. The only downside is that the hotel is nearly a two‑hour ride from the airport, but it’s worth it for the gorgeous location near vibrant Marmaris. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Myself and my partner stayed for one week in July 2025. We had booked a promo room and got upgraded to a lovely sea view bungalow room. Pros: - Lovely food, plenty of choice and wonderful selection of snacks and drinks. - Lovely grounds, beautiful scenery and surroundings. - Turkish people in the area and staff very welcoming and friendly. - Great evening entertainment shows. - Beach access was plentiful and sea is lovely to cool down and swim in. - New sprinkler system has been installed in main building. - Our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. - So easy to get the bus into Icmeler or Marmaris. Cons - - The main building was very hot with a lack of adequate air conditioning (only the reception area was cool enough). The dining area was too hot and stuffy. - Many staff did not understand English well so there was a struggle to communicate which led to confusion on various occasions. Sometimes we struggled to find the help or answers we needed. - Impossible to get a sunbed near the pool (we went around 9am and all were reserved with towels). It is a shame that the hotel condones this behaviour as some beds were reserved yet unattended for hours at a time. - Entertainment programme was scarce compared to other hotels I have been to; not much to do for adults and not a lot going on during the day unless you woke up at 6am to be by the main pool. - Our room was near the Beach club and I was not impressed being kept awake by loud, booming music until after 2am. Brought this up with guest services and they confirmed this happens every weekend and that the party goes on until 4am. It’s a lovely hotel overall and we did have a great holiday but considering the above would not visit this hotel again as things like noise control and air conditioning ahould be standard for a resort like this.
