Arbatt Marmaris Hotel

Hotel was terrible room cleaned once in two weeks ' Big language barrier no cocktails exclusive drink after 10 o'clock, Food was disgusting ate out for 2 weeks, Two of the three pools were closed for renovation work, Save your money, Feel totally miss sold by on the beach

I stayed at this family hotel with my husband for a week. Throughout our stay we both commented on how lovely and clean both the hotel and icmeler are. The Arbatt is a small all inclusive hotel very close to the beach. There are allocated sunbeds on the beach for this hotel but you need to get them early. Mustafa at the beach was very helpful in accommodating us with loungers. The hotel is also situated in resort. The rooms are small but have enough cupboard space, a reasonable sized balcony and a good sized shower. We had no problem with hot water. We needed extra pillows and the hotel sorted this for us straight away. There was an issue with the hairdryer and again this was fixed promptly. There are 2 small pools which we never used but again the loungers by these get taken quickly. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. There isn’t a lot of variety of food at meal times, most of the dishes served are Turkish cuisine, but nothing was inedible or bland. The selection they offered was plentiful and the deserts and cakes were delicious. The bar also serves a selection of cooked food at set times, pastas toasties cheeseburgers all freshly cooked to order. The negatives- There is no entertainment team in this hotel at all. This meant evenings could get a little dull if you didn’t go out and about. Walking around resort we didn’t see many hotels offering any entertainment. The shake bar more or less opposite they played very loud music until approximately 2am. We don’t mind music and noise at all but it is very loud and can be heard through closed doors. This potentially could be a problem for some people. All in all for the very reasonable price we paid for this holiday we were more than happy with our stay and the pros to this hotel outweigh the cons

Room was decent size Balcony overlooking pool and could see the beach that's where it ends.... I'm not a fussy eater by any stretch but the hotel is clearly aimed at russians and turkish no food is labelled. Ran out of alcohol in one of the bars. Only one or two spoke English everyone else just looked really angry Would I come back to icmeler yes would I stay here again no.

Stayed here for 5 nights with a friend after booking a last-minute holiday. We paid £260 each for all-inclusive, and I was a bit sceptical to see if this was too good to be true. Upon arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and directed to our room. Our room was a normal double, with a balcony. No thrills, but clean and tidy. I have to say if you aren't a deep sleeper, one side of the hotel overlooks the shake bar, which has loud music playing until about 1am. It wasn't a problem for us, but for some, it will be. Bed was comfortable if a little firm, but overall, it was all pretty decent for the money. One problem we had was the smell coming from the bathroom. It wasn't a pleasant smell at all, and we had to keep the door shut. Also, one of the towels had a stain on it before we had even used it. Again, it didn't bother us. We just requested a new one. Now the food. At first, I was surprised at the lack of options. But, the food options that were available were all extremely tasty, and to be honest, we always went up for more. Fresh fish one night, Turkish night another, etc. Can't fault the food at all, to be honest. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all fantastic. Not once did we have the same thing apart from probably breakfast. And the eggs, I mean they were so tasty I couldn't help but have multiple at breakfast. Overall, food was lovely. One thing I will say, though, the food hall where it's all situated isn't anywhere near big enough. Sometimes you had to sit on the same table as other people, which I found really strange. And also no food is labelled which isn't a huge problem but it would be for people with allergies. Pool was lovely if a little cold at first. Sun first thing in the day, but the pool gets shaded after 1pm. All very clean as well. Didn't try the pool bar at all because it was closed. The snack bar/bar area was also fine, with no thrills when It comes to drinks. Food at snack bar was pretty good tbh. We had the burger and it was lovely. They don't have Efes on draught, though, even though they have the pumps for it. They just serve you some bremen beer from a can, which again didn't bother us. So overall, our stay was pleasant. You get what you pay for, and to be honest, they exceeded expectations. Location is perfect for beach and amenities, but not if you sleep lightly. Some people's experiences vary, of course, but ours was completely fine, and we had no major issues. Booked via on the beach
