酒店離一之關站有點距離，服務態度十分好，酒店十分寬敞，舒適。十分安靜，睡覺比較舒服，是一之關最好的酒店之一。

昨今システム化のホテルが多い中、このホテルは従来型のフロントスタッフの温かい対応がよかったです。女性スタッフの優しい親しみやすい雰囲気はこれからも変わらないでいてほしいです。お部屋の鍵は今時懐かしい番号の入ったプレートがついた鍵。お料理は美味しくゆっくりいただきました。２泊しましたが夕食朝食、内容を変えています。駅からのアクセスはタクシーが便利てすがその都度出費を計算する必要があります。もう少し近いとよいです。

ホテルには歯ブラシなどはついているものと思っていましたが、買わなきゃいけないそうでびっくり。お風呂のお湯の温度を熱いのと冷たいのとをそれぞれ調節して出すのが難しかった。ネットで頼んだ値段とチェックイン時に言われた金額が170円くらいですが違っていました。
