ホテルではなくホステスであることに留意。
ベッドは下段ダブルプラス上段シングルの２段。最大３名で宿泊可能。２人掛けソファ、テーブル、デスク&チェア。
Wifi完備。ユニットバス&トイレ。
冷蔵庫はフロアで共用。食事は無いが、1Fのキッチンを借りて自分達で調理できる。無料のドリンクサービス有り。
テレビは無く、代替でプロジェクター+サブスク視聴環境。スマホなりをつないで自前の動画視聴も可能。
アメニティは必要分を課金する感じ。
歯ブラシセット、カミソリ、ボディタオル、固形石鹸、使いきりシャンプー&リンスは買い切りできる。
バスタオルは￥200で借りられる。衛生面から２日で返却とのこと。シャンプーリンスボディソープセットはボトルで借りられるコースもある。

アメニティは備え付けはありません。すべて有料です。家族旅行でなければタオルセットよりも小さいシャンプーなどを買う方がいいかもです。
大きいタオル（単品200円）、フェイスタオル、ボトルシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープセットで500円でしたが、そんなに使わないなぁと買ってから思いました。歯ブラシ（単品50円）も着いてなくて、どこかに書いてたらよかったのにと思いました。
でも、調理ができる、洗い物ができる、個室である、個室に浴室が付いているので、使い勝手はかなり良く、リピートすると思います^_^
プロジェクター付きでアマプラの映画も見れます。
