25.02.16 (Sun) The service of the tall man and woman who worked at night was the worst. - I cooked squid and popcorn in the microwave on the 3rd floor that is available for guests, and they said, “I tried not to talk about it, but the smell is so bad that you should use the convenience store microwave.” I answered that it wasn’t food bought at the convenience store, and that I was told that the microwave was available here, and as I was going up to my room feeling bad, they said, “It smells, so open the window quickly,” and we, the guests, heard them talking among ourselves. They didn’t even list foods that shouldn’t be cooked in the microwave, and they didn’t even have a microwave in each room. These two people who provided service as if the guests were at fault are talking nonsense. Isn’t it wrong to say things that could be said nicely in a way that makes customers feel bad? I would like the man and woman who worked the night shift on that day to look back and see if their demands were in line with the hotel management rules. It was the worst service. (The person who guided me during the day was very kind, but I never want to visit again after receiving such unfriendly service at night.)

Near SK Hynix, check-in is on the 3rd floor, parking is on the 2nd to 4th basement floors. It seems like there isn't enough space for late check-in. I didn't use breakfast. The room was very clean and the setting was very good. It would have been nice if there was a shower curtain or door - I would visit again. I recommend it.
