The room was very bad. Both the room and bathroom was very shabby. I don't think they have changed the sheets for days together. The towel they provided had stains of guthka, wasn't even washed. Even after complaining they just moved the floor bit did not change the linen. There is no maintenance. Even hotels that charge half the rate have better neatness. Will not recommend the property

At reception lack of communication and not proficient. Asked me to come with a printout of bill for stamp as printer was out of order. Leakage in the wash basin. No foot mats at bed.

The room is quite sufficient for two people. However, the food and services are not good. The bathroom windows are broken, not maintaining the room clean and the service staff is not respectful.

Location is good, there is a restaurant on top floor, market place just 1 minute walk, rooms are near n clean, staff is good & polite. Overall a good hotel
