We spent 5 nights here and really enjoyed it. A great place to relax and unwind. The pool area was great. There was hardly anyone else there so had the pick of the sun loungers, the pool was clean and water nice and cool. Taxi to Huacachina is 15 soles and 8 soles in to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We did a wine/Pisco tour through them which was good. The evenings were cool so only needed a room with a fan at night. Recommend it!

Ao chegar tive a impressão de ser um bom hotel, tem uma entrada imponente e bela piscina. Porém, os quartos são velhos, sem ar condicionado, travesseiros/ toalhas de baixa qualidade, ducha que nunca esquenta e recepção confusa. Bem abaixo daquilo que se vê nas fotos

Abbiamo alloggiato presso quest'hotel molto bello, in una zona tranquilla ad Ica! Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno addirittura prestato una coperta da portarci in una gita su un battello! Stra consigliato, se volete visitare Ica e dintorni (ad esempio Huacachina) quest'hotel è perfetto

Llegue a el restaurante del hotel un Domingo una hora antes de que cerraran. Y fue una comida excelente! En especial nuestro mesero Claudio fue extremamente atento y servicial. La comida y cocktails fueron deliciosos! Definitivamente lo recomendaría especialmente por el servicio de Claudio- muchas gracias 🙏🏻

Fui el fin de semana con mi familia, a mi mamá le dieron una habitación con la cortina que no cerraba,se salia el agua del inodoro que con las justas nos mandaban el trapeador para secar el piso, caños atorados, no habia internet, no habia cable, los desayunos (americanos ahora) pésimo, no tienen personal se demoran un monton, y ensima te atienden estresados como si te hicieran un favor, fui al baño atorados y asquerosos y te cobran como un 5 tenedores. Me tuve que quejar con 3 personas pero solo se disculpan y dan hasta penita, pero el punto es que las instalaciones y el servicio no son correctos y te venden como si valiera la pena. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, LA PASARAN MAL REALMENTE COMO LO PASAMOS NOSOTROS!!!!! muchos se quejaban en Recepción y ustedes del Hotel INFORMEN A SUS HUESPEDES ANTES DE QUE PASEN UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA !!! NO ENGAÑEN A LA GENTE Y MEJOREN SU INFRAESTRUCTURA Y SERVICIO SINO NO ACEPTEN CLIENTES PARA QUE PASEN UN MAL MOMENTO!!! .
