great place to stay in Ibusuki!, It's a big resort with onsen, large public bath area, swimming pool, and many restaurants. the hotel staff is very nice, there are a few cantonese speaking staff in the hotel, who are extremely helpful! the hotel sandbath needs an extra pay, but it's worth the convenience. recommended for family for a relaxing trip

Awesome hot spring and service, even includes waiter speaks Chinese and English. The hotel is a bit aged, but with everything you need and the sand bath is highly recommend for people haven’t tried it before. The Satsuma museum locates within the hotel area is also worth for visit if you want to spend some free time around the area

Nice and comfortable resort; beautiful beach; first time experience hot sand bath in the hotel. Really enjoy.
We are very lucky to have a passionate Taiwan trainee at the reception to help us going around the resort as we don't speak any Japanese.
The breakfast buffet is delicious with many choice.
Definitely would like to visit again and spend more days there next trip

Great onsen hotel with a beautiful museum in the in-house vicinity. Rooms were spacious. We traveled over golden week so all restaurants were fully booked and we had to resort to the ramen shop in the basement.

A typical Japanese hotel with excellent service. I was flattered. The environment is first-class. There is a shuttle bus at Ibusuki JR Station, pay attention to the pick-up time. Very convenient. The hotel is very nice and big. I booked a Japanese-style room with sea view, facing the sea. Except for the bad weather and not seeing the blue sea, everything was very good. I booked a room with breakfast and dinner, which is more worry-free. There are no other restaurants around, but there is a ramen restaurant.
A pick-up time is included. If you want to save money, you must arrange the train time.
