There is no bathroom in the hotel room, so you have to use the public hot spring to take a shower. The mountain view room faces the hotel entrance road. The staff carefully reminds you to choose a meal time. The bathing equipment is very attentive. The yukata is so comfortable. Many people will stay there to eat

A very good tourist chain hotel with good value for money and standard services. It is worth choosing when you want to go on a leisure vacation and travel in depth.

Environment: Although the hotel has been open for a long time, we are quite satisfied. Service: The attitude of the front desk 💁🏻 waiters is very good. Overall is very good, cost-effective relatively high.

I know that the hotel is old, but I didn't know it was so old! I have stayed in dozens of Japanese hot spring hotels. This should be the oldest one. The public area on the first floor is also very small. There is only a foot bathing pool. The bathing place is not special, but the room type booked is 50 square meters, which is quite large. , You can watch the sunrise in the room in the morning Breakfast and dinner for one stay and two meals can only be given passing marks, it's too stingy

The location of the hotel is very good, the staff's service attitude is good and friendly, and the hygiene level is also very good. However, although the room facilities with garden view are complete, it is inconvenient due to the small space, which affects the mood of the holiday.

We came to experience the hot sand bath they have here. The hotel was terrific, we were on the top floor in a huge room with a full room length window looking at the ocean, it was quite stunning. Two huge beds and lovely lounge chairs to sit and take in the view, it was nice to see ships going by. Wifi worked well, we had dinner and breakfast in a dining room also looking out at the ocean, it was smorgasbord style, eat as much as you want, the food was lovely and fresh all very tasty. The main reason for the trip here was to experience the hot sand bath, this was a first for us. Basically they give you special clothes to wear , dig a hole in the sand, lay you in it then cover you with the Hot sand, only your face is exposed. Quite hot, very relaxing and comfortable, the longer you stay there the hotter you become, 15 minutes is the recommended time, we did a few minutes more it was Soo nice. It was a long way to go for the experience but well worth it, if you get a chance do it. The whole package at this hotel was lovely. Highly Recommend

Pro - offer unique hot sand onsen until 9pm, must try. Room is clean, specious, if you select sea view, you get best sun rise view from the sea. Inclusive dinner and breakfast were nice. Public onsen is as good. Con - description of room at *********** is misleading, indicating as a room with private toilet and bathroom, but in fact, only private toilet and no private bathroom. Only public bathroom in this hotel. Much misleading here for those not familiar with Japanese onsen hotels.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my breakfast experience at your property this morning. I entered the breakfast area at 8:15 and was told it would close at 9:00. However, at approximately 8:50, while at the fruit counter, a somewhat chubby, young Asian man with glasses became agitated towards me and angrily waved his body and hands, indicating that he could not eat any more. After I had finished the rest of my meal, he rudely asked me to leave. As a result, I leisurely finished my meal with my family, and by the time I left the wall clock was striking exactly nine. I chose your property following a recommendation from the YouTube channel "Baiyu Japan" and the experience was unexpectedly disappointing. I will not be using your property in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed the sand bath for three days. It looks like it was renovated about 10 years ago, and the retractable roof allows you to use it even in the rain. The large bath is connected to the shower room by stairs and has good electrical wiring. In the public bath changing room, Samue is divided into upper and lower parts. A plastic bag was next to it. It's a good idea to bring a small towel, locker key, and smartphone with you. The staff will be happy to take a funny souvenir photo of you covered in sand. The parking lot is located on the mountain side across the road and is spacious. The hotel is a three-story building and is located right next to Kinko Bay. Located in a location with an outstanding view. The premium Japanese-Western style rooms have wide windows. We enjoyed the spectacular view of Kagoshima Bay and the sunrise over the Osumi Peninsula. The high-speed boat Toppy runs through the bay. A fishing boat going fishing. A ferry, transport ship, and tanker moving slowly. I was able to enjoy the ever-changing scenery. The restaurant is on the south side of the first floor. Dinner is a three-course kaiseki meal and a half buffet. Shochu Riemon bottles are also cheap. The breakfast ``chicken rice'' and ``curry'' also taste good. The coin laundry on the first floor in front of the public bath has 5 washing machines and 5 dryers for easy use.

This is my second time at the sand baths. Last time I went to a different sand bath, so this time I went to the vacation village for a day trip. There was a wait time because it was a long weekend, but the sand felt heavier indoors than other places.

My husband and I only used the sand bath! It was my first time experiencing a sand bath, and it felt so good! I never knew sand could be so heavy! I felt so at ease knowing that the clothes we had to wear in the sand bath were separate samui-style tops and bottoms, not yukatas! I wanted to eat there too, but unfortunately I couldn't because I had to make a reservation! The staff were very kind and took photos for me, so I was very satisfied! Next time, I'd like to try it on the beach!

We stayed at this inn because it had a private sand bath within the hotel. Being exclusive to the hotel is great. There were four of us in an ocean view room, but we were able to relax comfortably. For dinner, we had a course of Satsuma cuisine. There was a wide selection of Satsuma cuisine, such as silver-striped round herring sashimi and pork shabu-shabu, just like you'd see in a travel guide. The course meal alone was satisfying, but you could also enjoy a half buffet, typical of a vacation village. There were many small dishes and chicken rice to enjoy, and they even had curry, so the kids would be satisfied. It wasn't luxurious, but it was a good plan that well exceeded the price.

Maybe because it was this time of year, the sand bath didn't warm me up as expected...I didn't sweat at all. The bath wasn't that big. The facility as a whole is old, but it was nice because it was kept clean. The room was also nice. I think the food was very satisfying for the price. After the sand bath, you take off your sand bath clothes in the bathroom and put them in a cylindrical container to drop in. I don't think there is one, but I think it would be better if there was a lid. I was scared that my child might fall in if he was playing around and looked in.

The window in the room overlooked Kinko Bay, and it was a wonderful view. You can also see it from the foot bath on the lobby floor while sitting on a rocking chair. Three of us stayed in a room with two beds, tatami mats, and a balcony, and it was spacious. It was also great to be able to take a sand bath. However, the bath was a little small, and there was a fence in front of the open-air bath, so you couldn't see anything. For dinner, we had a Tamatebako and a half buffet, but the expected tempura was only silver-striped herring, small pieces of sweet potato, and one other dish, which was a little disappointing. I wish I hadn't stopped my friend who was trying to eat tempura soba for lunch. The Chiran tea that you can drink from a pot was very delicious and I became a big fan. I bought a lot of souvenirs at the airport. For breakfast, it was nice to be able to eat sea bream chazuke. There were also delicious sweets. We had to decide the time for dinner and breakfast when we checked in, and even though it was a COVID-19 measure, we were told that it would be crowded at that time, so we had to go earlier, which was a bit disappointing. So if everyone ends up going earlier, won't it be more crowded there? In fact, there were quite a few people there.
