We came to experience the hot sand bath they have here. The hotel was terrific, we were on the top floor in a huge room with a full room length window looking at the ocean, it was quite stunning. Two huge beds and lovely lounge chairs to sit and take in the view, it was nice to see ships going by. Wifi worked well, we had dinner and breakfast in a dining room also looking out at the ocean, it was smorgasbord style, eat as much as you want, the food was lovely and fresh all very tasty. The main reason for the trip here was to experience the hot sand bath, this was a first for us. Basically they give you special clothes to wear , dig a hole in the sand, lay you in it then cover you with the Hot sand, only your face is exposed. Quite hot, very relaxing and comfortable, the longer you stay there the hotter you become, 15 minutes is the recommended time, we did a few minutes more it was Soo nice. It was a long way to go for the experience but well worth it, if you get a chance do it. The whole package at this hotel was lovely. Highly Recommend

Pro - offer unique hot sand onsen until 9pm, must try. Room is clean, specious, if you select sea view, you get best sun rise view from the sea. Inclusive dinner and breakfast were nice. Public onsen is as good. Con - description of room at *********** is misleading, indicating as a room with private toilet and bathroom, but in fact, only private toilet and no private bathroom. Only public bathroom in this hotel. Much misleading here for those not familiar with Japanese onsen hotels.

I am writing to express my disappoin**ent with my breakfast experience at your property this morning. I entered the breakfast area at 8:15 and was told it would close at 9:00. However, at approximately 8:50, while at the fruit counter, a somewhat chubby, young Asian man with glasses became agitated towards me and angrily waved his body and hands, indicating that he could not eat any more. After I had finished the rest of my meal, he rudely asked me to leave. As a result, I leisurely finished my meal with my family, and by the time I left the wall clock was striking exactly nine. I chose your property following a recommendation from the YouTube channel "Baiyu Japan" and the experience was unexpectedly disappointing. I will not be using your property in the future.
