the perfect remote place for onsen and sand bath relaxing treatment, fantastic rooms in Japanese style with all facility, great service twice daily, onsen bath with sea-side view at 5th floor of the hotel... restaurants and shops inside the hotel, bicycle available, restaurants and supermarkets in the near of the hotel, friendly hotel staff - just incedible nice and helpful !

When we had a request, we went to the counter to get the required service. The waiter arrived in a blink of an eye and helped us deal with it immediately, which was very efficient. The room is clean and sanitary. You can watch the sunrise in the large bathing area in the morning, which is a first-class experience.

The sea view is excellent, and you can't see the sunrise in bad weather. The waiter was polite but kept sending them emails but never got a reply. Even if you check through trip.com, it often takes several days to get a reply. The dinner at the hotel was rich and delicious, but in comparison, the breakfast was average. The room and the bathroom in the room had a strong smell, which was a bit unpleasant.

It's a member's hotel, but the accommodation fee was cheaper on another site, so I stayed there without applying for membership. The published photo shows a very stylish hotel, but it is a normal business hotel. The front desk service and breakfast were good, but the quality of the cleaning of the bath and the smell of the towels were not high. Every room has a mirror on the wall in front of the desk, so you can see your sleeping form (I didn't like it, so I had to cover it with a towel). Parking is available through a partnership for 900 yen (we had the car parked at a rental car company's affiliated office). There are streetcars, so getting around is easy. It's within walking distance of the astronomical museum, so I think it's good for sightseeing. The pillow was a comfortable fit (for me)

The hotel service is very good! From the reception to the meals and facilities, I am very satisfied! I came here mainly for the sand hot springs and I was not disappointed! The uncle at the front desk didn't speak English well but he tried his best to introduce us. The mountain view room we originally booked was upgraded to an ocean view room on his own initiative. The breakfast and dinner are also delicious, and the customer service staff will go to the room to help you make the bed during dinner time. The large bathhouse is a bit old but very clean, has a nice view and the water is very hot. Will stay here again if I have the chance!

The hotel rooms are spacious, and the sea view room allows you to watch the sunrise without leaving the house. The price of more than 400 is a great value! Breakfast was also good. The hot spring pool is large, with a view, and the bathing area is separated. There is also a lot of breakfast, including black pork. There is also a sand bath in the store, which is convenient. 1100 yen is not expensive. It's just that there is no lunch in the store at noon, and the dinner set is slightly more expensive at 5,500 yen. Not many options out there. There is a Japanese restaurant around 800 meters away, called Hidaka, which serves excellent sashimi.

I went alone and was given a separate room, but I was only charged the price per person, so I felt like I had earned something! They also upgraded my room, which was great! It’s perfect for relaxing on the tatami and looking at the sea. I love this place!

Ibusuki is not big. This seaside hotel is not very far from Ibusuki Station and can be reached within 20 minutes on foot. The hotel room is good, especially the sea view room. There is a balcony outside the room. The hotel's hot spring is indoors facing the sea. As for breakfast, the Japanese-style Japanese food set meal on the first day was very average, and the buffet breakfast on the second day was very rich. It's good to rest and vacation here for a few days.

This was my second time staying at this business trip. It's right in front of the sea, so I felt very liberated and the sea breeze felt good. Comfortable Wi-Fi in the rooms, free parking, a large jacuzzi bath in the large public bath, and Lawson and Cosmos *****tores are just a short walk away, so there are many recommended points! This time, due to time constraints, I went to the sand bath at Sunamushi Kaikan, which is a few minutes walk from the hotel, but next time, I would like to enjoy the sand bath on the hotel grounds. I will stay again♪
