Stayed for 2 consecutive nights, comfortable environment Breakfast is a set meal. There is a change in the breakfast on the 2nd. It will not be the same ingredients. You must drive your own car to stay in this hotel The hotel provides free shuttle bus to Sarawak

The staff were all friendly and helpful. I took a morning bath, and the view of Kinko Bay from the open-air bath was amazing.

Excellent location, beautiful scenery! There is a shuttle bus to the sand steamer, breakfast has local black pork, the hotel entrance is impressive

🥰As expected, it is a family business. I meet the proprietress and her family in different places⋯⋯ restaurants, parking lots, etc. They have friendly smiles and treat guests first. I feel very good! At the same time, the balcony can see the sunrise and sunset and the stars are full of stars in the middle of the night, just right👍🏻

The hot spring equipment is very good. The open-air bath can face the sea, which is refreshing. Although the breakfast main course is not a buffet style, it is quite rich. The hotel staff are very helpful.

Wanghai Hot Spring Hotel is hygienic and clean, and the service attitude is very good.

Pretty good in all aspects

酒店很適合自駕，附近也有一間很大的超市。向海的房間有露台，天氣好的時間很漂亮。

酒店大浴場內有提供投幣式洗衣機和乾衣機，另有提供投幣式按摩機，此外可提供預約的士服務。房間內有提供浴衣穿著。酒店對查詢的回覆速度快。

The stay was wonderful. The customer service is spectacular and a lot of people spoke english. Their hot springs are immaculate and provide you with a spa like experience. Although they don’t sand springs at the property they provide shuttle that take you there and back. The pillows are a bit uncomfortable and the store doesn’t really have any heatable food. We had to walk to the nearest convenience store which was about a 10 minute walk.

Stayed 1 night. The hotel is located at the end of a residential street on a low hill with a magnificent view of the beach. This is an old hotel but has been well managed. Everyone we met were hospitable and polite. The hotel had an inhouse onsen which was very clean albeit small. Dinner comprised Keyseiki and breakfast was a wonderful set served on a tray. I stayed in a Japanese style room. Beds comfy, strong WiFi and aircon was good. No complaints.

We loved the views and customer service! However, we were not told that we needed to make reservations for dinner at least 24hours prior to arrival. We had to go somewhere else to have dinner. We couldn't use the pool because they told us that is was only for summer time, but we were there in May, and it was already hot, and the weather was perfect for a splash in the pool.

The food are awesome

I was very impressed with how the manager's policies and thoughts were expressed everywhere. Not only was the food excellent, the quality of the hot spring water, and the view from the open-air bath, but the manager's thoughts about his guests were also conveyed. I would like to come again.
