Apartamentos Green Line Bon Sol - AB Group

The room keys hardly worked - the reception blamed them being next to our phones but i've never had ithappen in any other hotel. The 24hr reception is NOT 24hr...we came back at 4am once to find a sign on the door asking us to call a number - what if we didn't have a phone on us?? Not acceptable when advertised as such. There was always a sign on the door saying they'll be back in 10 minutes...The rooms are dated & tired, not cleaned well & in need of repair. The sofa had cigarette stains & burns all over it & the dinning room tablecloth wasn't clean when we arrived. The bottom of the bath was peeling away & didn't feel very nice standing in it. However we did have great air-conditioning & a balcony that got the sun all day. The fridge was cold & the beds/pillows comfy enough. I would also say the room was a really good size. The pool itself was very clean & they tested the water everyday however the poolside area wasn't clean with dirty tables & cigarette butt's everywhere despite a sign saying no smoking at the pool. They could have made more effort in that area. The poke bowl place is ajoined to the hotel & was also the bar too. It did very good food & the staff were lovely. This is also where the toilets & shower room were. The negative was that they seemed to be the meeting point for Italian tours...so it was full of really loud music & noisy people all the time. I'm not sure if they were all staying at the hotel either and there aren't many sunbeds so this is also a negative. The luggage room was secure & away from reception which was a plus. Overall I would only return if it was cheap enough - otherwise I think you get more for your money elsewhere
