Hotel Vibra Cala Tarida-3Sup

We returned to this hotel this year, exactly one year after we first visited last June 2023. We love this hotel and to be fair I was quite surprised to find out this was only rated 3 star as I would have thought it was 4 star minimum. Cala Tarida is quiet with the most stunning beach you will see in Ibizas many array of iconic beaches. The hotel is situated up above the beach with stunning views of the sea. The staff are really friendly and so helpful. We had an issue where we only booked 2 adults instead of 2 adults and 1 child. Arriving late at night which is difficult for the hotel to help but the next morning they changed us to a 3 bed room and very good with the extra charge being minimal. The pool is brilliant and allow the kids to bring floats or toys in the pool. The animation team are on all day with fun activities, music and games to keep you entertained for the day and even have kids club to keep the kiddies occupied. We were all inclusive so breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and drinks also available all day. Rooms were perfect with great shower and tv in room and the cleaners attend daily to clean room and make beds / change towels. Honestly could not fault the place and already planning our 3rd visit next June to same hotel. Another thing I noticed was there were families there this year that we had seen last year so it is not just us and proves the hotel has the same vibe with others returning again and again. I am on my last day here at hotel Vibra Cala Tarida with my little boy, Ronnie. We have been here a week. This is our first holiday without my fiancé, Ronnie's father. I was looking for a smallish, friendly hotel and this is exactly what we got. Our room also made the holiday for me as it had a back garden with sun loungers, table and chairs. This made it much easier as a solo parent here to chill out and sun bathe whilst my little boy could stay inside and watch iPad or play with toys - with air con on if he was too hot/at the hottest part of the day to protect him from the sun. The animation team are always friendly and Ronnie enjoyed the mini disco every night. The main pool is nice and mostly got sun beds every day. For the first 2 days there were Bali beds which we used. After this a sign went up charging for the beds - 60 euro for 2 adults with all inclusive drinks. I found this odd with it being a hotel which was all inclusive already. I note some guests (including us were half board) so I could understand if there was a surcharge but couldn't understand the charge for all-inc. Was a real shame too as for the remaining 5 days of our holiday I did not see one of those beds being used. One thing I would like to mention is the doors to the hotel aren't very secure for little ones. If you lock the door, all it takes is one push of the handle for the door to open. On the first day my little boy let himself out of the hotel room. Luckily I quickly located him but it wasn't the best start to the holiday and it was very stressful. However the staff were very helpful and kind. The food was fine, and was able to find something to eat on the evenings. The mexican fiesta night was fun, and I wonder if you could perhaps have another theme night through the week to break up the monotony of the buffet. This isn't a critism just a suggestion. All buffet type restaurants get a bit boring after a week...so another theme night could be good. I have to give a special mention to our cleaner (lady from the Philippines) she was so lovely, friendly and every day except our leaving day she came in to clean and provide clean towels. She does a great job. Thank you so much! The reception staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Helped with bus timetable. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which runs to San Antonio and other stops at other coastal resorts on the way. There is a Spar a few minutes up the road which was great for water/lager and ice creams/snacks. The only lager this hotel serves on draught is Estrella, which I can't drink due to allergy. Unless you are on all inc the lager was around 5/6 euro. The beach is down some stairs - which for some people may pose a bit of an issue of you have mobility issues. We didn't mind the walk down/up. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clear and safe for kids. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a chill holiday or for solo parents with young kids. I aske

Lovely from the outside - good reception and staff Three pools in two different parts of the ground .. both nice sunbeds plentiful - some of the parasols need attention .. Room great bathroom and shower and plenty of towels spacious room for single occupancy with double bed safe plenty of wardrobe space Downside lift not working to transport luggage both rest of holiday was fine with stairs Good wife meal times .. found the food a bit limited .. plenty of salad but often meat all gone and hot food was often not as hit as it could be

We returned home today from this lovely hotel. We travelled as a party of two, my son age 7 and I. The rooms are large and clean, they made up daily with fresh towels and sheets. The shower is absolutely amazing great water pressure and good temperature. The pool area is really lovely. We only used the pool attached to the children’s pool by the main bar area, plenty of sunbeds and as Breakfast didn’t start till nine, there was no silliness in getting up early to reserve some beds. The entertainment team are amazing. The kids Club was like a drop-in so there was no need to book it and the children could decide what activities they wanted to do. One day there was a pool party, four of the entertainment team supervised a massive waterslide all day long and they were still smiling at the end of it! The bar can be slow, but we didn’t wait any longer than a few minutes even at peak times. There is a token system for the cups, which can be frustrating if you forget to bring your token to the bar! The bar staff were polite and courteous. The food at the hotel is what I’d expect for three star one inclusive resort. There was lots of choice and some really nice things on offer. There was variety although some of the dishes weren’t things that were to my taste. That said we certainly did not go hungry and had a nice meal in evenings. Every night there was a mini disco and some entertainment afterwards. My son was ready for bed after the disco so we didn’t experience what was on offer but it sounded like good fun. The entertainment finishes at 11 p.m. and the bar closes at 11:30, this meant there was no noise late at night which was perfect for us as our room was ground floor just by the pool area. We had a fantastic week my son really enjoyed himself, it was a really lovely holiday.
