Fantastic hotel on the beautiful Island of Ibiza. We booked an Inspire Room located in Cala Verde and it was beautifully appointed with some lovely extras such as beach towels already in the room. The views from the room and the pool area were just stunning. Food is a very good standard for an all inclusive. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse in Cyprus and the Canary Islands. Drinks are also good with proper coffee at the pool bar and branded ice creams in the all inclusive. All staff I interacted with were very friendly, helpful and kind. Jose in the bar, Manuel and Rosa in the restaurant and Monica the chef all deserve a mention for their wonderful hospitality and help. All the reception staff were also brilliant. The animation team, especially Alessandro, Anna and Remy were a wonderful part of our holiday and made us all laugh every day. Would very happily return again and again. Please note - if you have any mobility limitations - do make the hotel / travel agent aware on booking. There were 84 steps up to our accomodation block so it's important to make it known if you need something more accesible.

Comfy and very clean modern rooms that are a decent size. Only downside is there can be a lot of stairs to climb. Great breakfast and dinner. So much choice I must have put on a stone! 3 good pools including kids one with splash park and adults only one. Set on a fabulous beach with crystal clear water. The hotel is a bit out of the way so I hired a car but I believe you can get a bus. Good evening entertainment for kids and adults.

If you're looking for a fun hotel for your kids, then this is the place for you. Two pools ( plus additional one for adults to escape to some solitude) The hotel also has perfect location - next to child friendly beach. I would say their best asset is their amazing animation team. We have stayed in lots of AI hotels, but never had this standard of entertainment. Justina in particular was unbelievable. Zumba or Aqua aerobics during the day, children's favourite by night. Their 'Aladin' and 'Lion King' shows could equal any cruise ship . Well done that team. If we were to return to this hotel it would be 100% for the entertainment.

We had a four day break; myself and my two teenagers. We never usually holiday in the school summer holidays as I fear the heat and crowds but thought that four days of doing nothing much would be just what we needed. We stayed in a family sea view Inspire room in block 2. Fabulous room with great views. It was serviced daily and had pool towels, beach bag, robes, slippers, hat, lovely toiletries, coffee machine, a few mini bar items (not restocked) and excellent Smart TV. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food was excellent; plentiful and varied. However I struggled as a vegetarian as the dishes were poorly labelled and often contained meat or fish unexpectedly (e.g in salads, rice etc). There was a theme every evening. On some of these, there were very few hot choices for vegetarians at all. We never had to queue in the restaurants and always managed to get a seat outside which was our preference. We needed to book (despite being told otherwise) to eat at the restaurants at Cala Blanca which we did for the Tex Mex. Shows and entertainment were good. My teenagers were not particularly catered for and I was hoping at least for an evening disco which they would have loved. We always managed to get sunbeds although this was sometimes stressful and I would probably avoid coming again in the peak season because of this. Cala Verde hotel was a 10 minute slow walk from Cala Blanca hotel ; either across the beach or along the road/path. You can use the facilities across both sites. It seemed a bit bigger/louder/busier at Cala Blanca and there were a few more British families. The majority of guests were Spanish (and some German) at Cala Verde. The hotel is not near anything. The beach is pleasant (sunbeds not included 18 euros for 2 and umbrella). It's £2.50 each way on the bus to Santa Eludia but you would probably benefit from a car if you wanted to properly explore Ibiza.

Me, my wife and our 11 year old daughter stayed here 7 years ago and were so impressed with it, we came back in 2024 (our first holiday abroad since). From the moment we arrived the staff have been superb, so friendly and helpful. They really do go out if their way to resolve any issues you have. I wasn't comfortable on my matress so I told reception. 2hrs later it had been changed. I asked a staff member if there was anywhere I could buy goggles from as my daughters had broken. They opened the onsite shop, which I didn't know existed, especially so we could go buy some. Despite it being closed at the time. Food is generally of a very high standard and the selection is great. From fresh salad and sliced meats to fresh fish, chicken and local cuisine. Every night the main dish changes so its easy to have something different each day. It can become very busy but again, the staff are great and cleaning tables and replacing cutlery on a continual basis to keep things moving. The hotel itself is very clean and and out room was very nicely decorated. A large Google TV meant we could stream movies for our device if need be, although the WiFi is pretty poor at times. All the pools are clean, in excellent condition and the sun beds appear new and are pretty comfortable. The poolside bar is great too and serves everything you and a little one could need whilst around the pool. If I had to pick anything out as an issue then it would be the WiFi, which is really poor, and the large amount of steps. You csnt help how the landscape is but there's a lot of steps and a significant climb up from the beach. It's not a complaint, as we new it was like this when we booked. But if you have any mobility or breathing issues, they are a serious challenge! All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel for families with kids. We will definitely be comeback in the future!

We arrived to be told we'd been upgraded to a seaview room. Nice? Not really....what they'd actually done was give away the room we actually booked and tried to squash us all into a very small double. The three beds for two adults and our daughter are all touching and they've put one bedside table out on the balcony to make space. The only way to create any space between them and we are talking centimeters is to put one up against the wardrobe...and stand on it to access the wardrobe. I mean we could put one bed in the bathroom as it's almost as big as the room. They've refused to move us to our originally booked room and said they are all full up so to try back tomorrow. So waste our holiday switching rooms. The room we booked held up to 4 people. The manager knew we weren't happy but chose to leave without speaking to us or trying to rectify the issue. Also the room door is dangerous, it slams itself shut in 2 seconds, it has already hit my daughter in the arm and could be a real hazard to any children who's fingers get caught in the door. Self closing door should not close that quickly or violently. Oh and the safe doesn't work! We haven't even started our holiday properly yet and I already regret booking this hotel.

We took advice from others and checked we were booked at Cala Verde not Cala Blanca (we weren’t) so paid €230 to upgrade and we are glad that we did. Lovely room, nice view of sea. Can get noisy at night as entertainment on till 11pm. Also lots of stairs and walking be warned. Not ideal with a pram so everyone left theirs in reception. Staff also happily watch you struggle with your luggage and do not offer to help. Rooms are nice and the vibe is nicer too in Cala Verde. No coffee in room and no milk? There is tea though. Cot provided for baby which she slept well in. Air con good, free toiletries, tv is all Spanish so no BBC News. We did get a kit kat, bag of crisps, 2 bottles of water on night 1 though left for us. Also food is better at Cala Verde. Lots of choice and themed nights - Italian was great. I am vegetarian and managed to find lots of choices. Shame that the fruit juices are not fresh and only available at breakfast. I don’t want to drink fizzy drinks or water all of the time? Also the ‘mocktails’ are disgusting. Undrinkable. We stayed on an all inclusive basis. We found this laughable. No branded drinks available apart from Estrella beer. This never used to be the case? Have the hotel been trying to make more money or something lately? A shot of cognac will set you back 10 Euros!!! Crisps and chocolate also cost extra. The ice creams included are mini milks, twisters, some rubbish tubs of ice cream or a lolly. Forget cornettos or magnums or anything decent - pay extra for that. The a la carte restaurant is also 45 Euros extra!!! How are they allowed to call this hotel all inclusive?? Entertainment is very very good. We enjoyed The Lion King, some acrobatic acts and a few tribute acts. The kids also loved the mini disco. Staff work really hard to keep everyone entertained and run pool yoga, aerobics etc during the day. Location is remote as others have said. There is a spa shop on site bout 15 mins walk away. We didn’t go to the beach as the hill was too steep. Beautiful views. Pirate Land for kids is great. All in all, we are annoyed that the all inclusive basis here seems like a rip off. I would not advise booking it, go half board if anything.
