The front reception was VERY helpful and friendly, they were always glad to help us with what we needed and the check in- check-out process was super simple. We have a gorgeous view of the beach from our room and it was very well located hotel. The downsides come from the room not being the cleanest, the floors have some grunge on them so we didn't want to be barefoot, the shower had a little bit of an odor from the drainage and the "hair-dryer" in the bathroom didn't work, but besides that, for the cost and location, we enjoyed our stay.

Basic hotel, ideal if you are just looking to “sleep” despite the noise, although this is typical in Ibiza. The best: the location with a small cove in front, the worst: the CLEANLINESS, dirty towels and the bathroom floor with footprints before you arrive.

Nice hotel and good location but difficult to find and rooms not very clean and dated... we didn't have air conditioning or a mini bar. It's fine for one/two nights maximum

Fabulous hotel with a spectacular sea view. Large room and balcony. Yes there was no air conditioning but the comfort and view made up for it. One star hotel but I would give it 5 for comfort, views and the staff were excellent with great service. We had a great time and would highly recommended it.

I was having a busy day at work and didn’t read much about the hotel, nor the reviews or amenities, etc.. I looked more for the location as we always stay in Ibiza town. So I made the booking for the only room available at the hotel. On the hotel photos everything looks fine but for my surprise on arriving there was no air conditioning, Wi-Fi in the room or refrigerator. I felt like I did a mistake but had to stay because the booking wasn’t refundable anymore, we tried to relax and not to show any disappointment with the room and the hotel but for our surprise on the second day in the morning while asking some information at the reception we left our beach bag unattended on the sofa, where there was 3 people sitting using the internet on the reception. We left the hotel and when we arrived the beach we had lunch and when we were going to pay there was no more money in both of our wallet and on my wallet was our gold wedding rings that was also stolen. We came back to the hotel and in the moment we spoke with the receptionist what happened she refused to help. We asked the manager to come to the hotel and when she arrived she didn’t let us have access to the CCTV to see if someone took our money and rings. We went to the police station and made the police report but as many of you know when you leave Spain the Spanish way to deal with things can go long. We may not get any answers from the hotel or the Ibiza police but writing this review we want people to be aware that you will not gonna feel safe at the Hotel Figueretes. There’s no security at the door and anyone can enter the hotel and easily sit in the internet area and pretend to be a guest and steal your belongings. So if you’re thinking of staying at this hotel, think twice because the money I saved is definitely nothing compared to what I lost.

So what can I say... We understand why there are only photos of the exterior of the establishment on the site. The room is sordid, dilapidated, not even air conditioning knowing that in the middle of August the temperature rises to 35 degrees in the room. The corridor leading to the room is gloomy. The view from the room overlooks... Nothing. However, it is clean. Towels and sheets very white. That's already something. And the reception staff are friendly. Oh yes, the cherry on the cake, the safe is optional, to be paid extra. Check-out is at 11am, which is really not practical. The fact is that it is a one-star hotel but on the booking site, we see 4 stars of satisfaction (????) hence the confusion. Happy to only spend one night there.

We booked for one night passing through Ibiza before leaving for Formentera. After reading numerous reviews we were very skeptical about this property, particularly the lack of air conditioning. The structure is very basic as described, but the strategic and suggestive position makes the stay more pleasant and gives you a night with the background of the sea waves. The rooms on the first or second floor with sea view are the best and quite ventilated. The staff is courteous and the cost of the rooms is very competitive compared to other facilities in the area. The port can be reached with a simple 15 minute walk.

we stayed there for two hours, enough time to look for other accommodation. only positive note: facing the sea and helpful cleaning staff. damp and old smell, room without balcony with window overlooking the internal roofs with personal passage, footboard fan, very small bathroom. the only furnishing element is a 60x30 desk and a chair. wardrobe created in a niche in the wall where water pipes and two drawers pass. it's okay that the structure is old but the photos do not reflect the real state of the rooms. unqualifiable
