Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta

Absolutely love this hotel. Food amazing, rooms spotless, food great and staff fantastic. Huge shout out to Grace in the bar... always smiling and nothing too much trouble! Marco (entertainment) is fab too. I will definitely be back next year.

Entertainment was perfect! Marco kept us busy every day with all activities! He did the job on his own and managed to keep everyone busy and happy. Food was only ok 7 out of 10. The rest of the stuff was helpful and polite. Room cleanliness needs to improve, atmosphere is nice as I said all stuff was kind and tried to help as much as they can.

Lovely, hard working staff. Good location. Food pretty good for an all inclusive, beer was good but spirits unbranded so not quite so good - wine okay. Al la Carte was just okay, however it was freezing when we ate (it’s outdoors) so that didn’t help. Clean enough, comfy beds and pillows but very lacking in storage space. The main downside for me was the noise, I could hear everything going on outside the room and the clomping from upstairs. I would say it was good value for money when comparing to other deals at the same time. If you want better, you have to pay more. I would return if I was looking for all inclusive in Ibiza again.

Stayed with family for 1 week the hotel rooms was small no bathroom just a shower and toilet with frosted glass and a sink in middle was never any options for kids only spaghetti or pizza mostly the pool was disappointing and disgusting many other people staying had said the same it was all green and had scum floating it was in a good need of a clean aswell as the pool filter at the bottom was clogged with leaves and paper towels the food was always warm and great and the staff you couldn’t fault all was amazing a big shout to Christina and her female colleague they was lovely and always happy to help unlike her male colleague Carlos he was always rude and could tell he didn’t wanna be there or serve you I wouldn’t rate this as a 4 star “platinum” as if stayed in 3 stars better and cleaner the room never had a fresh sheet on the bed and wasn’t always the cleanest after the maids had been I wouldn’t recommend staying as a family maybe a couple the entertainment lady she was nice but it was annoying because of her phone would never work so she couldn’t ever play music another thing the WiFi was never working personally I wouldn’t bother staying here

A wonderful warm and welcoming hotel. From checking in to checking out, everything in between was great. Rooms are very comfortable, the beds are excellent. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. Restaurant was good, choices similar everyday, but always something for everyone. You can always eat out at one of the many restaurants in the main town. Bar staff friendly, nothing too much trouble. The pool area is serviceable, and does let the whole hotel down, from its 'platinum' status. I think this could do with a make over. Great value for what we paid for the week. Staff excellent. I would definitely recommend, and visit again. AS with any service, what is one persons taste may not be another's, but I wouldn't let anything put me off visiting this hotel again

We visited as a group of friends. What a transformation! I came last year and the updated reception and bar are very nice. The staff are the same and just as friendly and welcoming. We saw the same TUI rep as last year, she is a gem, so friendly and helpful. She really knows her stuff. We are booking again to come back.
