Location was good, staff were all pleasant. But they have the air conditioning system for each room located in the hallway doing absolutely nothing, so if your in the living area, bedroom, kitchen or toilet, you're not staying cool. Unbearable to sleep in when the weathers warm.

Great stay in this small, very functional apar**ent, clean and inexpensive for the location. The staff is helpful, and housekeeping is done daily. We had no problem with noise and neighbors, as some reviews have pointed out. The location is great: 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes walk from Hi Ibiza, and a taxi rank just 3 minutes away.
We will not hesitate to book at the same place next time we come

Quite dated apar**ent complex but other than that it seemed clean. The pool is nice and clean, there is always someone at the entrance so you can leave and take the keys whenever you want. The elevator is a bit old as is the furnishings of the apar**ents. Despite this they are quite nice, we were on the 5th floor so we had a nice view, the only thing was that the Wi-Fi was not very good. They change towels every day and on request also sheets. Cleaning is not included in the price so they don't do it. The price for the area is not even very high so I would recommend it. The location is excellent, in 5 minutes you are at the seaside and in 15 at Ushuaia.
