This aparthotel is in a great location. Beach on doorstep and 15 mins walk to the old town. The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you would need. The shower is amazing with great pressure. If you’re a light sleeper in any way, don’t stay here as the walls are paper thin. You can hear the toilet flushing in the room above and furniture moving from rooms beside and above. There is also a large space under the room door so you can hear a whisper when people are passing by on the corridor.

Just returned from the El Hotel Pacha, we travelled as 2 couples in our late 30s/ early 40s. we had an amazing stay, the whole experience was great was well worth using the guest vip at Pacha we went both nights we also used the Destino beach club which was amazing, Marcel was very attentive and provided excellent customer service nothing was to much trouble, we even had a nice touch of a bottle of cava for my husbands 40th, we will certainly back. rooms nice and clean, breakfast was tasty! perfect location just over 1km walk to Ibiza town.

Could not fault this hotel. It is stunning and the room was gorgeous. The staff were as lovely as they could be and so attentive to anything we needed. The location was perfect for us as it is walking distance between both Destino & Pacha. All round amazing will definitely be coming back :)

Very good (smiling staff, good quality of food) except the Portofino restaurant. During our 3rd visit to this à la carte restaurant, we ordered additional lobsters. Reservation at 9:15. The lobsters arrived at the table 1 hour later at 10:15 (service much too long). At the end of the lobsters the waiter asked to pay the bill, saying that the deserts would follow. 5 minutes later I ask the head waiter for desserts and she replies sorry: “the kitchen closed at 10 a.m.”. I point out to him that if the kitchen closed at 10 a.m. why the lobsters arrived at 10:15 a.m. and especially why no one informed us of this closure. So we paid for a DESERST FREE meal.

Good location in Santa Eulalia, for me the best area of ​​Ibiza if you are looking to go with your partner or family. The breakfast was excellent! Although if I had to give a suggestion, it would be that they put fresh orange juice. The check in was great, they had availability and they gave us the room before the hour. For check out, they had rooms available and made us pay €10 an hour from 12 until we left. We have a baby and we needed the room until after lunch to take him changed to the airport. I understand that if there is no availability, they don't do it... or that if you want to leave at 6 pm, they charge you something, but for a short time it seems ridiculous to me. I have an accommodation, and as long as there is availability it is not difficult for me to let my guests leave later.

Pros: - It's and adult only hotel, thus it better suits for solo travelers and couples - Friendly ladies at the reception - Some barmen are friendly and polite - Clean rooms in general - Balconies in the room - A pool with many spare sunbeds - A decent Wi-Fi connection - Close to the embankment - Free entrance to the nearby O Beach Club before 3 pm Cons: - Super tiny gym located in common area - Some barmen are chummy (fraternizing) with customers. They require training in manners indeed - The breakfast a la carte was so-so. I tried several options, both the taste and the quality were mediocre - I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before - The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement - Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. On the other hand, it's Ibiza..

This hotel is in the perfect location, if you’re looking for a beach experience, it has its own private entrance to the beach, the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday thoroughly. Definitely encourage one to add the breakfast and dinner option to their bookings, as they have a large variety of dishes to pick from, buffet style, and they change the menu intermittently. Would definitely stay again

The service is excellent, as are the facilities. They also give you the possibility, the day you leave, to spend the whole day in the hotel and take a shower before leaving (they provide you with towels, shampoo...). The location is good, it is not the center of Ibiza but it is very close to Cala Gracioneta and Cala Saladeta, supermarkets and all kinds of services.

Fabulous hotel in a great location - away from the bars and clubs but just across the bay in a water taxi (right outside the hotel) and we walked back - about 20 minutes. The hotel is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We were half board and the food was fantastic - freshly cooked, very tasty and lots of choice. We upgraded to the one club which included access to a private area with snacks and drinks (soft and alcoholic) from 12-8pm. The room, however was a lot smaller than we expected for the price we paid. There was no chair, apart from a swinging chair which is more of a feature and very little storage. There were plenty of very comfortable sunbeds so no need to get up ridiculously early to reserve them. The DJs and music are a nice addition and not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation while listening. The staff were all very helpful and friendly especially Monica in the one club. Definitely worth a visit

We visited here on the 8th-15th October, when we arrived there was a short queue to check in which was no problem at all. The receptionist was friendly but it did take a while to check us in, a very slow process. By the time we'd checked in it was about 2.45 and she said if we were quick we could still make lunch so we dropped our suitcases in the storage and went to the buffet. Lovely restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, lots of choice. Unlimited drinks, food, snacks etc with the AI. Staff in the restaurant were very abrupt, it was like you were an inconvenience to them if you were standing where they needed to be. They didn't speak when clearing your plates either they just lent right across you. Then we went to find our room because we'd booked a suite we were in a different building which was just across the road, not even a 2 minute walk. Very safe and secure as you needed your key card to get into the building, found our rooms. Big, spacious rooms. I appreciate what people say about lack of storage space in the bedroom but there is another wardrobe in the living room with extra pillows etc. 2 sofas, a dining room table and a small kitchen. Our balcony had a pool and sea view which was nice. I know we went out of season and the hotel was closing soon but the entertainment was awful, they put on a week of halloween 'activities' which were all for kids, there wasn't any daytime activities for adults not even aqua gym or anything. The evening entertainment was just as bad kids mini disco starting at 9pm? and then some kind of act if you were lucky if not the 'cinema'. The one entertainment girl we did see was useless, she didn't speak, don't even think we saw her smile, no engagement with her guests at all. Luckily we don't go on holiday for the entertainment.
