"I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel. The front office team, especially Siva and Krishna Sai, were extremely welcoming and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Housekeeping, handled by Pavan, ensured that the rooms were always clean and well-maintained. A special mention to Ravi from Spice for his excellent service and warm hospitality at the restaurant. The overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

Ha sido una bonita experiencia para grandes y pequeños. Hay varias actividades para los niños y los juguetes en la habitación son un complemento que les gusta mucho a los niños. Mis hijos han sentido que verdaderamente entraban en un mundo hecho a medida para ellos. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y la limpieza de sabanas y almohadas es muy buena, además de que los colchones son de calidad. Destacó la atención del personal en general pero en la hostelería es de 10. Enhorabuena por dar tan buen servicio. Sin duda repetiremos y con amigos esta vez.

Hemos estado en el hotel del juguete y nos ha encantado a toda la familia. Todo super bonito y con temática para los niños. Las habitaciones son mágicas y los peques han disfrutado mucho. Además muy amables los empleados y haciendo todo lo posible por facilitarnos la llegada ya que íbamos a llegar más tarde y nos facilitaron las cosas para poder cenar. Gracias 🙏🏼. Repetiremos seguro. Nos ha encantado el Hotel del juguete , nuestro peque ha disfrutado muchísimo! Elegimos la habitación de hot wheels y la felicidad hablaba por sí sola en sus ojos! El trato ha sido maravilloso, destacando a la chica de la recepción que nos llevó hasta la habitación que fue súper amable en todo momento. Ha sido en general una experiencia mágica e inolvidable, todo diseñado para que los más peques jueguen y disfruten al máximo de cada rincón! Gracias ❤️

Ls comida fué pesima todo congelado, sopa de tetrabric, tortilla de supermercado, arroz de vasitos, todo menos e flan, carissimo 26 euros mas bebidas, mas vale la pena ir al kebab que cenar alli, hay buenos restaurantes cerca, por ejemplo el rqr

La experiencia ha sido maravillosa, como está organizado desde que llegas hasta que sales, para que pequeños y mayores disfruten y se diviertan La atención de 10, la calidad del desayuno, comida y cena excelente calidad y mucha cantidad La temática de la habitación es impresionante, hemos estado en la habitación de los Hof Wheels, muchos juegos, parking y coches para jugar Dar las gracias todo el personal por el trato recibido y en especial a Inés, la monitora que es un Amor para los pequeños y super amable con todos

Tengo que decir que nada más llegar nos encontraremos que la puerta de la habitación no se abría bien, según ellos tenía truco, pero te tirabas un buen rato hasta llegar abrir, nuestra sorpresa fue que al ducharse el agua se salía, estaba embozado, el agua llegó hasta la puerta, a lo cual casi tenemos un pequeño accidente que se quedó en un susto al resbalar, al abrir el desagüe estaba todo lleno de pelos y suciedad. Vinieron arreglarlo a todo esto. Después la televisión no iba, nos cambiaron el mando y seguía sin funcionar. El secador no funcionaba, el gel que ponen en la habitación sin reponer.La comida bien pero el precio excesivo para el menú que ponen. Los camareros simpáticos. Conclusión hicimos las quejas oportunas, pero lo que no entiendo es, a la hora de dar una habitación limpia en teoría, tendrían que revisar todas estas cosas, ya que, el cliente paga por tener una habitación limpia y decente. Antes de asignar una habitación por favor, revisar y limpiar, y si hay algo que no funciona, cambiar.

Para nosotras era un fin de semana muy especial, teníamos muchísima ilusión y estábamos deseando conocer el hotel. Sin ninguna duda, superó nuestras expectativas. Un hotel de 10, donde disfrutaron tanto las peques como yo. Tanto el hotel, como el personal son maravillosos. Volveremos sin dudarlo
