First of all, the hotel is wonderful because of the people who work here! Grade 10 is too little for them. Everything is clean, with a pleasant smell with no flavors that should cover something smelly. The service at the restaurant is perfect. UNFORTUNATELY, THE MENU LEAVES SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED. Food at a restaurant is interpreted according to someone's imagination, probably the chef's. I didn't like it. I would have expected it to have a separate page with a Moldovan menu, Iasi having a good advertisement in this regard.Uninspired, the management decided that in the capital of Moldova, to have an international menu and, honestly, and that's pretty weak. Sin.

If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this is not the spot. Even in spite of wearing earplugs (there was a wedding going on downstairs), I was awakened at 4am on a Monday to trumpets blasting into a microphone and reverberating throughout the building. I know this, because I went to investigate after getting zero help at reception. Sure enough, the only thing 5-star about the place is their sound system. Shame on this hotel for not giving more consideration for their guests.

Wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. They deserve every bit of a it. I brought my old parents and they are old school and picky. However the team there made us all feel special. Every single one was beyond helpful one in particular I would love to mention George Minea. He really went out of his way to make our stay ultra special. The Hotel is clean, food is to die for everything is perfect. Can't wait to come back.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The pictures from ********** is not the right ones. Some parts are hanging loose in the room. The breakfast was not impressive. All the hot dishes was cold (informed the staff, nothing happened) coffee was not hot, but the juice was (should be cold)

From the moment you enter the hotel, it impresses you. Very attentive and professional staff. Cleanliness is noticeable. SPA score 10. Hot water in the shower does not come immediately. The room is ok. We had a standard 4*. The superb restaurant. Tasty food.

I’ll start with the minuses. Location is the first, far from the center and in very heavy traffic area. Also, if you aim for five star you have to do a little better in terms of furniture, cosmetics etc. I mean, when you only have liquid soap in bathrooms, that is not even 4 star service. But, I enjoyed staying here! First of all, the staff is lovely! I mean best so far! Very friendly, helpful, not intrusive, perfect! They have included transfer from and to airport and that is an excellent service, considering their location. They also provide transport to the city center at request. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, nice view and the cleaning was very good. Breakfast complete, everything you need an the restaurant is also nice, good wine menu and a variety of dishes, from dry aged beef to pasta or vegan. So, despite the distance from the city center, it was an excellent choice!

I visited this marvelous hotel together with Berocc, on the occasion of the 10-year celebration The welcomming and the service is excellent and unique The rooms are exceptional beautifull and well equiped The restaurant as well as the breakfast are one of the best I ever visited I certainly will come back here in future for every visit I make to Iasi I had to change my report becaus on one of my pictures he was present in the background and he mentioned I commited a crime......

Best hotel in the city! excellent restaurant!🥂 Overall, I had a great experience with the (HN); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean. Good to come back!
